    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Tuition Options no longer spams my email or phone. They have also accepted my renegotiation of payment, which will further remove unnecessary contact.

    Regards,

I was approved for a federal student loan. The college I am currently attending couldn't wait for the federal student aid to be approved and basically forced me to sign loan papers with "Tuition Options". I'm not working since I was laid off in March 2021. Now I have my student loans through federal funding as well as this $3,750.00 loan with Tuition Options that my college, financial aid office seems to have no record of. This uneccasary loan is impacting my credit report and is already two months behind.

Tuition Options has attempted to phone ************ three (3) times to discuss this important matter.  We connected on 6/3/22 and were asked to call back later.  *********************, EVP Servicing, phoned back at 3:00 pm EST per the request and there was no pick up nor did we receive a call back from the voicemail message.  ********************* phoned ************ again on 6/7/22 and left another voicemail message.

If ************ has any questions regarding the above information, he may phone *********************,EVP Servicing, Tuition Options, at **************.  Otherwise, we consider this matter closed and the borrower should contact the School/Lender directly regarding the loan balance.
