AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company is disorganized, predatory, and full of deceit meant to pull money from people with no way of maintaining accountability. My wife was pressured into taking out a loan through them by an impatient college that didn't want to wait for the govt approved lender, so now we're having to pay the *full* tuition cost through Tuition Options *and* the lender originally approved by federal student financial aid. This business is in the business of being in business, not helping students with affording their degree plans in a sympathetic and flexible manner like they advertise. They will change your monthly payments without warning and won't be willing to lower them again regardless of financial hardship.I'm stone cold serious when I say this is the first review I've left for any business here or on any other platform. They are a predatory train wreck, I *strongly* suggest you find another lender.Review from Lorena G

Paid my balance late, but prior to the collections date that was provided. They still sent it into collections. Collections ******* confirmed that the loan had been paid off and there as nothing else I needed to do. A month later I have a $79 debt on my credit report due to an apparent additional late fee that was tacked on later and unbeknownst to anyone. This ******* is disorganized and fails to communicate. It might have been a miscommunication but may also be predatory.Review from LaWanda B.

This company is awful, please please reconsider or find another option to pay for a degree. I attended ***************** I have all but begged to have a lower more affordable monthly payment. I fully understand I agreed to pay the loan I owe the loan. I just need a lower payment. I have been offered not no solution, well I was advised by the company that if I made payments less than what is set for monthly payments would not lower the amount of my loan. The interest would continue and the loan will never decrease in amount. I have not been able to obtain a job paying more income. I have not received my degree and can not access my transcripts. Tuition options and **************** are not companies that a struggle adult should consider. Please be aware that no matter what they are not willing to help you get to a place to repay the loan.Review from Kazzi A

Be careful with this company. I paid off my balance 2 months early, but they kept sending me harrasing calls saying money was still due. I was confused and thought I must've made a mistake, and so I put down an additional payment. Then next month, they harrassed called me again saying more money was due and I was frustrated. I refused to pay more until I got an explanation from a higher up, and pretty much what they told me was that you can't pay an account off early and that the contract was active until december and that's why I still owed. BS!!!! They refused to give the extra money back, stating that it was still owed (even when I sent them the total of my payments). The cherry on top is that they randomly added another $1,000 payment from nowhere and are harrass calling me about paying it. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They do not seek to help students, even during the pandemic.Review from Hayley B

Terrible company. I would advise not working with them if possible. They are relentless with their calls and even when you make religious payments once a week, they still call you wanting more money and telling you your account is past due. I have also recieved countless voicemails from them saying that they will be sending me to collections if I do not take action on my account, even though a $500 payment was cleared through my bank two days prior to their voicemail. If I could leave a negative star rating, I would.
