    I was interested in buying a car, so I went to G Motors of Old Bridge I went to test drive the car, I liked it and told them to fix the stuff with the car I gave them a 500 down payment, I did not sign anything saying that I bought the car, but i left and came back 2 days later to test drive the car they asked me to put the remaining downpayment down , so i did, i still did not sign anything stating that i have the car/want the car, the next day i came and got cold feet and did not want the car anymore, so i told them im backing out of the deal and to give me back my down payment but they are stating that i need to pay a restocking fee, but i never signed anything saying that i want the car and now they are holding 269 dollars and saying that I cant get that back

    As it was stated to Mr ****** he gave multiple forms of payments and we had to verify that the funds were received from the credit card company and to make sure he didn't cancel the payment as soon has it clears and verified he will be fully reimbursed as stated to him, We at Gmotors are not aware what this customer is referring to about restocking fee. he can come in Monday through Friday 9Am to 5Pm

    on 7/18/1924 my ******* went to g motors on old bridge NJ, we purchase a car for ********. when discussing the payment and paperwork we asked if we were getting plates for the ********** said yes. we asked over 5 times n every time they said yes to the plates. the salesman's name is ************** even he asked n said yes we were getting the plates.two weeks prior to the temporary plates expiring, my son went to the dmv and asked for info. They told him that the dealership has not sent no paperwork or anything relating to the purchase of the car. my son proceeded to call the dealership. (Sorry we forgot her name, it might be ******* but not sure.) He spoke to a female who takes care of the *************** she got upset because my son went to the dmv n told him he shouldn't had done that. She was upset. she told my son he was going to receive the ************** by 8/14/2014.On 8/14/1024 my son proceeded to call the dealership trying to find out what was going on with the plates. again, the lady who handles title paperwork kept him waiting over half n hour on hold until the line went dead. he called over two hours n no one answered. so we discuss n i told him to go to the dealership n find out. Apparently, they told him they will fix the situation we will get *************** in a week. week came n we only received the title but no plates. Agin my son called n they said since we dint pay taxes we get no plates. just the title. they never mentioned that, all we got is yes ur getting ur plates.On 8/27/1924 we went to the dmv trying to register the car n get plates for it, we ended up paying ******* on taxes so we can registered it n get the plates. Dmv mentioned that on the paperwork it look like a private seller sold us the car n not the dealership itself. we never got told that information.its not fair that i had to pay taxes on the car when they promised that i was getting plates which they didn't fill their part of the bargain. very unprofessional.

    we only charged $5 dollars for a temp tag

    At the end of July I purchased a car from G Motors, ********* ** location. At the time I asked for my plates back. I was told they couldnt get them off but would have them off within a week and I could pick them up. Since that time I have asked a total of 5 times for the return of my plates. ** has given me excuses and stalling tactics. If i dont return them my current registration will get suspended, thru no fault of my own. I want my tags back. *** asked and Ive begged, my next step will be to report them as stolen, since G Motors refuses to return my property to me.

    I have a 2014 ***** equinox I purchased ( finance ) march 7th 2023 I paid this dealership $2,500 as a down payment for the car .. I have issues from them ever since I brought the car .. . Recently I had an issue with the car resulting into needing a new engine . I called them telling them what the issue was . They told me theres was nothing they can do or fix for me and directed me to the warranty company and saying it was on me

    We purchased a 2013 **** Escape for $7500.00. The engiylight came on after we paid for the vehicle. ****** said he would have it fixed, just bring the car back. We took the car back. They had it for a week. We went back to get the car. The engine light back on. We took the car to a me who said the turbo need to be replaced. They will not repair the turbo and we never received our title to the car as of today, a month later.

    I am rejecting this response because:we tried to purchase a warranty but the bank would not release additional funds on the same day. When the engine light was identified. ****** said he would make sure that the car is fixed. You had the car for days and it is still not fixed. The car will not run. It keeps shutting off. We want it fixed or a full refund. If not I will hire an attorney or file a small claims court. I was told that the turbo will cost *******. We cannot put another **** in this car.

    I dont want to repeat my self.But read my last statement. If you feels like to get attorney no problem. If you need help we offered you we pay for labor you pay for parts. Parts on **** around $300.

    On October 10th 2022, I purchased a *** X5 from G Motors USA in ****** **. The sticker price on the vehicle was $13,000. The sales person mentioned the car was in good condition cosidering it was a used car. Several days later, I took the vehicle to a local *** dealer to get the vehicle checked. As a result, the vehicle needs $13,000 worth of repairs. I then called ***, salesperson at the dealership and he said the the vehicle was never checked. How can a dealership advertise a vehicle for $13,000 and its not checked prior to the sale? I put $7,000 as a downpayment and financed the remaining. I called the bank who I financed with and notified them. They directed me to the fraud ***** I then emailed the fraud **** and attached the video that was provided to me from *** at the time they checked it. At this point, I would like to receive a refund of the monies paid and they can keep their car. I believe they are scammers because they have several negative reviews on their website. Please advise!
