Worst car buying experience of my life. It first started out with a 4.5 hour visit to even buy the car. I should have known then that it would not be a good experience. Since then, I have been waiting more than 2 months for the registration and license plate to be processed. The first problem was the dealer had the wrong vin for the car. Ever since I confirmed the correct vin, they have been avoiding my calls, hanging up, or giving a message to the person answering the phone which ended up not being accurate either. When *** finally acknowledged my call at least, he said everything would be complete by the end of the following week. You guessed it, that did not happen. Meanwhile, I have a car that the temporary registration expired 11/24/24 and no current registration to replace it. So I am technically driving this car illegally. If this continues much longer I will pursue legal advice.Review from Alexandre T

I purchased a 2022 Explorer on October 7th and still have not received any plates or registration. I have been calling them every day but when the receptionist tries to transfer me to the people who are supposed to be handling this, no one answers the phone. I have left hundreds of messages and no one gets back to me! When I finally get a hold of someone, they say they will check the status and get back to me, but nothing happens! This is a complete lack of respect for customers. I am hiring a lawyer to try to resolve this issue! Stay away from G Motors!!Review from Edgar R

They said that there warranty would cover for repairs. ****** dealer found an oil leak that would cost between 7000 and 8000 to repair They will cover about 300 what a scam.Review from Gail S

Do not buy any vehicle from this company. Me and my fianc purchased a vehicle when arriving to pick up the vehicle the check engine light was on. It was promise that that would be taken care of to bring it back when the mechanic was available. The vehicle has problems with the emission, and some other minor repairs that were resolved. However, they never resolve the admission problems. In two months, Ive went to their location for them to Repair the emissions. Every time I go, they state that the problem has resolved however, the problems never been resolved. Still is a problem and now Im stuck with making a monthly payment for seven years on the vehicle with emission problems no, the owners had fired the whole staff and hired new staff, and everybody is close clueless to whats going on with my vehicle and nobody left notes in contact with the financial banks that are still unable to assist me as I already made our first payment. During the time of sitting the facility for my car to be repaired, which was never done. I met a few other customers with the same issue, I wouldnt advise buying a vehicle with this facility because youre paying for the check your mileage. They roll back mileage as well from a previous customer. Im going to look into a lawsuit and gather all the customers that I already have to sue them.Review from Litisha S

I want to start off by saying the people here are NOT the problem the ***** itself is the BIG ISSUE. I worked with **** on getting a INFINITI on march 12th on March 13th the check engine light turned on and the *** was stalling. I reached out to Hash and he said they would fix the problem. After some time of a chase down for an appointment to repair it they had the vehicle for 9 days supposedly doing the work needed. they informed me they will not be fixing it and I would need to go through the warranty but to not inform the warranty company that it was a pre-existing defect and that it just happened so it would be covered I explain to the warranty and the financing company exactly what occurred without fabricating any story. the warranty company wanted me to pay 4k for teardown of the engine just to see if they would cover the repairs. repairs which were totaling about $10k. I refuse to pay $4k I contacted the dealership Explain the situation and the bank to explain the situation. The dealership was given an option from the bank to cancel the contract. Take back the broke down unsafe car they sold me. I was ok with giving the car back and getting a car that did not have problems and working with them to rectify this. HOWEVER, the ***** refuse to take *****SHIP of the way he does business and replace my car or offer a solution that would satisfy both the business and ME THE PAYING CUSTOMER! I am currently stuck with a car note and a BUCKET for a car. I was also told that they were WELL AWARE OF THE *** NEEDING A NEW ENGINE PRIOR TO SELLING ME the car. But never once was this mentioned I am a single mother with four children with one of children being disabled and needing a car for his multiple therapy appointments weekly ! I am stuck with no car and still have to pay the note and insurance because its my credit. Avoid G MOTORS - Nightmarish Service!I recently purchased a car (2011 ***** xc 60) from G MOTORS on March 16 2024. with the understanding that a specific issue would be fixed before finalizing the sale (a squeaky sound on the suspension). We agreed on this before i signed the papers however, after the purchase, they gave me the runaround for two months.They scheduled appointments at two different locations, both over an hour away from me, wasting significant time and gas. Despite my efforts, the issue remained unaddressed.To make matters worse, the manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful. They offered a sarcastic apology, essentially telling me it was worthless (im sorry, my apologies and do whatever you want with that).Overall, [G MOTORS] seems more interested in making a sale than customer satisfaction. They are happy to "sell you dreams" but don't follow through on their promises. This experience was a nightmare, and I strongly advise anyone looking for a car to avoid this dealership. In Nov I started looking for another car when I came across g **************************** I was told there was nothing wrong with the car by sales person *******? I got the car 12/2/23 . A fue days later the ck engine light came on a there was a bad smell coming from inside the car like fuems . On 12/9 took car to midias for oil change when I was told rats was in this car? I then took the car to auto zone to find problems. Well the cat lic converter, and no raitot fluid was in the car?? Fluid was placed n car. Feb we drove car bk to be fixed of all problems wrong . I made many calls with this car plc and them promising to fix everything with this car. I also was dealing with having knee surgery in Dec n hospital n nursing home. This has caused me so much stress!! How can any one trust anything they say regarding a car??? I was promised a promised everything would b fixed with this 2010 red Jeep liberty. . I have rec of the Tex messages from sales person *********** brother was there with me when I got the car a was advised everything would be fixed with this car ? I would not have to pay any amount what so ever from this horrible horrible experience. You cant do people like this. It is not right. I want all my money back. Absolutely awful. They dont even deserve a 1 star. My dad and I bought a 2017 **** escape SE from them. Had the car two days before it broke down in my driveway saying high engine temperature stop safety.called G Motors and they told me to tow it to my nearest mechanic, because it was the holiday weekend and their mechanic wasnt in. Had it towed to the Midas near my home and they told me the head gasket was blown and that the engine was ruined, and that I would need to replace a new engine and everything. The car shouldve never been on the lot. Went into G motors and asked for our refund on the car and they said no we cant authorize that and that they were working on the car, to which I told them not to work on the car prior in a text and they still chose to work on it without my permission. And the car isnt even being worked on in their lot they took it to another part of their company. Which I never asked them to. The sales manager *** is completely dishonest and lied to both mine and my dads face. Telling us their mechanic told them it was a water pump leak and that was it. Lous words exactly was Midas isnt even a real mechanic. So completely full of himself. The car is done and hes trying to con us into thinking the car is fine. I have texts and paperwork to prove the car is done and to prove I specifically asked them not to touch the car and they did anyway. He told us he would have to call the owner because he was just a car sales manager to ask for our refund. But he didnt have a card for information on the owner, no phone number nothing. Still waiting on that phone call, and if we dont get our refund we will take legal action. I just want this to open eyes to the public because my dad and I were scammed and this is something we wouldnt wish on anyone.
