    The salesman ****** was a very pleasant person and attempted to help at all costs. HOWEVER! ***** the sales manager was the most unprofessional and rudest person I have met. The vehicle we were purchasing a 2019 *** which we were fine with doing because of the market prices. The sales manager came off very aggressive to begging with coming to the desk about the pricing. But ****** saved the sale. Then after looking over the car we negotiated the things the vehicle needed. 2 KEYS, the horn fixed, oil change (service needed sign on car), and breaks and rotors. The sales manager REFUSED all services he said I actually dont need to do anything, and I dont need to give any customer two keys because it costs me $450. Then when I asked about the breaks and rotors and pointed out the issues he stated well it passed inspection and if it passes I dont need to put new breaks and rotors even if its warped knowing full well that it is a safety hazard. We now need to come back Monday for him to redo the inspection. The most lack of professionalism I have seen in a dealership and doesnt care that a customer needs to drive this safely.

    The Sales Manager and the customer came to an agreement ******* the customers concerns with the vehicle would be addressed, however, the customer has not yet brought the vehicle back to the dealership. The service department needs to inspect the vehicle before it can perform the agreed-upon repairs and advise on necessary safety-related issues. We encourage the customer to bring the vehicle in to the dealership so that we can address any repair work and safety concerns the customer may have.
