I have been to other hearing entities and Hearing Life was the best. They were very personable and made sure they looked for the best results for my hearing loss. This was greatly appreciated! I would recommend Hearing Life to anybody that has a hearing problem. In fact, my wife has scheduled an appointment with them.Review from Jackie S

******* was awesome. Helped me with my aids and also hearing test was very through. He is knowledgeable of hearing aids My husband was impressed so we both will be going to the Hearing ********************** Office personnel was friendly also

I spoke with them over the phone and asked if they take insurance and gave them the name of my insurance. Yes was the response, so I made an appointment. I filled out lengthy paperwork including insurance information and asked the receptionist again if they worked with my insurance. Received a yes response again. (If you are counting that is 3 times I was told yes). I went through the testing and they showed me these new wonderful hearing aides. Now when I said I wanted them I was told nope they don't work with insurance companies and the cost would be $5,000 (the exact amount my insurance company would have paid). But hey, they can finance the cost. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND EFFORT. DON'T BOTHER GOING EXPECTING YOUR INSURANCE TO COVER THE COST BECAUSE THEY DON'T TAKE INSURANCE!!!!Review from CHARLES W

Hearing Life of *********** advertises a $25.00 incentive to get your hearing tested. My hearing test was in October, which was okay, but after several weeks I called and ask about their incentive of $25.00. They gave me a number to call saying they handle the gift cards. Those people told me they have no record of my name and to call that location. I have called several times and have been given assurance they will email it right away. Weeks later and still no response. I am not a conspiracy theorist but two years ago I went to another hearing location of a different company Miracle Ear, and they also had to be called several times for their gift card that apparently they do not want to give away unless you persist. This is either a false advertising scam or acceptable response throughout this industry. Shameful.Review from Cheryl H

Horrible Company. I was told when I had my initial hearing test and fitted for hearing aids that if **************** paid the claim I would be reimbursed. I paid the $6,800 for the hearng aids in August of 2024 It took Anthem 5 months to pay the claim. After Anthem issued payment to Hearinglife Hearing Aids they are REFUSING PAYMENT from Anthem and was refunding Anthem their money, and REFUSING to refund me MY money. "***" in the **************** was NO HELP. The **************** is a BUNCH OF LIARS AND THIEF'S. They steal customer's money. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again.HearingLife Response

From the moment I walked into the building, I was greeted by **** with a smile on her face and such a joyful welcome. She made me feel at ease, and I knew Id come to the right place.From my very first visit with Dr. ******* she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, shes very knowledgeable, kind, and caring. She was never rushed. She took her time. She made me feel so completely comfortable about having to have hearing aids. I absolutely have recommended this location to everybody Ive talked to. Dr. ****** is absolutely incredible and I will recommend her time after time. Thank you so much for your kindness and your compassion. When it comes to making people feel comfortable and at ease with a very sensitive situation to a lot of people you get the gold star!I am blessed to be able to hear completely again.
