    I was charged 19.87 on my credit card. I had initially received 4 small e-books for which I purchased at 4.98. That was the ONLY charge I authorized. I question the integrity of this operation. It seems once they receive a credit card, they continue to charge people monthly fees that are unauthorized. This is unlawful.

    The above mentioned company charged my bank card while I was on vacation without any notice and without my authorization for some membership fee I have never asked for. I do not wish to deal with them at all in the future and my desired solution would be a full refund to my banking card without a further delay.

    I bought some books using this company's online site for five dollars. They have been charging me a membership fee of 20$ a month, which I've had to have reversed, and they now keep doing it. I did NOT want any kind of membership.

    This company is subscriber based and I have reached out to this place to have them cancel my subscription numerous times, including as I file this complaint. They have not answered any of my request via email or phone and every time you call, you can never reach anyone and they still continue to take money from my account
