    Great deal, love that they include a bunch of bonuses with ebook purchases. Still deciding whether I will keep going with the membership after the trial as well, but good experience so far. Had one question for their support team and they got back to me within 24 hours.

    I have never purchased any products or services from "Life Hack Library" from this company. They have taken 4 months from my checking account of $19.87. Everytime I've called there contact number, you only get a recording and no answer. This is indeed a scam, I don't know how they got my credit card number but I've never received any products or services from this company. I've advised my Bank to cancel any payments to this company. As you can tell, they don't use their real name and you have to search for other names with the same address. This is a scam and I want a refund of $ ***** which was taken out of my account illegally and fraudalently. I will be contacting my states AG office and the ****

    I purchased several ebooks from the company in early February. The two charges totaled $8.96.I noticed a charge of $19.87 from the company appearing on my checking statement in May. I attempted to call the company at the number listed on their website, but it was out of order. I called my bank and processed a claim of fraud for the charge, and attempted to reach the company through their website. I received an email from them much later that evening informing me that the charge was for a club I never joined. Upon further inspecting the original email, it does state that the purchase comes with a free two week trial of the club, however I had never logged into this "club" area, nor had I received any additional products the company stated were part of my monthly club benefits. A deeper inspection of my bank statements showed an additional charge of $19.87 from the company in late February. (I missed this charge.) There were no charges from the company in any amount in March or April for Club fees...I responded to the email by asking for a refund of $39.74 between the 2 "membership" month charges were fraudulent and I expected that amount would be refunded to my bank account. The company responded by cancelling my "membership" and giving me a $20 gift card to their site. It took several emails to get them to refund $19.87, and several more beyond that to get them to agree to refund both "membership months" for the $39.74 total.Scam. Total scam in charging people for "Memberships" they never opted in to, and might give up before reaching 2 or 3 dozen emails to get their money refunded. I made claims with my Bank, the Federal FTC and my state AG's office.

It sounds like our customer support team was able to help you solve this problem.     The information above regarding a "membership promotion," "sales page," and "checkout page" were not mentioned in the more than dozen emails between us trying to resolve the situation. Again, I'd like to mention there were zero "membership" chargersfor March or April, nor did anything additionalsuch as a "free book of the month" appear in my email. (As this household contains multiple people who WFH and are in IT, our spam folders are addressed on a daily basis. No emails were missed this way, as was suggested in our email exchange.)It took more than a dozen emails to address this with staff, several of which requested multiple times to confirm details in broken/indistinguishable/difficult to understand/poorly phrased English or answering with a single "yes" to an opened ended question. I would not call that "our customer support team was able to help you solve this problem." In fact, it wasn't until I mentioned in our email exchange that I had made complaints to my bank, requested a new debit card, notified Paypal AND made *this* complaint that my money was returned to me."We are a relatively new business and are always looking for ways to improve and your message has helped us identify a handful of improvements we can, and will, make regarding our customer experience." <--- I certainly hope so!
