Not only should they get zero stars instead of one they should be forced to close!Took an F150/Raptor in to get a widow switch replaced (warranty work) and to have the front ride hieght adjusted. Vehicle was returned with shock fluid leaking fron both front shocks (blown seals), full suspension compression marks on the lower control arms, and chattering from both front hubs. After returning the truck for correction several times a manager pulled me aside, showed me video of my aftermarket exhaust on his phone and refused any further service due to the aftermarket exhaust. The ***************** damage has nothing to due with an exhaust. They lied & made excuses. After raising much "chaos" they took it back for correction. The hub chatter was gone but they refused to address the front shocks, which was either a $500 repair or $3500 replacement. To avoid doing something id regret later, i took the truck to a different dealer. After fixing it the advisor said it looked like my teenage kid took it out and abused it. It had been harshly "joy ridden." I agree with that assessment. Later i found that to fix the chatter in the front hubs Rich Ford Service cut the vacuum lines on the *** system. The *** activates/deactivates the front 4x4 mode. These folks are dishonest, criminal, lacking integrity and abusive! I should have sued them! Steer clear!Review from Dale K

I have purchased several vehicles from Rich Ford over the years. I recently stopped in to look at a Bronco. I found a 2022 that I liked. The vehicle was listed at $49,995.00 and I was advised that they add a security package to their used vehicles and that would be an additional $5,000.00 to the purchase price. I wanted to look at other vehicles as the only option that this vehicle did not have was a power seat. A few days later I returned to the website to look at the Bronco and noticed that they had a window sticker on the posting. I pulled the window sticker up and the **** was listed at $44,490.00. I called Rich Ford and talked to the salesperson (who during this whole process was wonderful). I pointed out the $5,000.00 difference from the **** to what they had the vehicle priced at. He told me that he would need to talk to management as he was not sure. I received a callback very quickly. I was advised that sometimes they have to give over value on trades to get a deal done and that they could no longer give me what they told me they could give me on my trade. I have never heard of a vehicle increasing $10,000.00 in value over the ****. They were trying to put me upside down in equity on this purchase instead of being honest. I will never purchase another vehicle from Rich Ford and warn anyone who deals with them to be a *************************** as they will do anything to make a deal and loyalty of customers means nothing.Rich Ford Response

If I could give zero Stars I would. Their service department either don't know what they're doing or they're committing insurance fraud? My daughter's **** edge went in four times and they diagnosed it with four different problems? Each time it came out with repair it did the same exact thing. It would not go in reverse or drive or anywhere. It went in to their service department four times this has been going on for over a year. Rich Ford they charged her for three different problems and the vehicle came out doing the same exact thing every single time. They still have not resolved the matter, they are the only ones that have worked on it and the transmission was not seated correctly which caused transmission failure which was one of the repairs they did. Now there's $10,000 worth of damage after they repaired the transmission to repair the transmission? She's a single mother with four kids and they left her without a vehicle or a care in the world. Straight up thieves and liars! Maybe they think they can get away with it here, but God is watching and you won't get away with it ultimately. After several trips and $2500.00 later my vehicle issues still werent resolved. I was told multiple times from the Rich Ford service department that my vehicle was fixed regarding the issues I brought it in for. This was never the case! On my first attempt after Rich Ford told me my vehicle issues were fixed my vehicle broke down on the freeway several times (thank goodness I didnt get in an accident), so I was told to bring my vehicle back in and it will be looked at again. They clearly didnt test drive my vehicle long enough because the issues were still present! I took my vehicle back in to Rich Ford and was told after 2+ weeks the issue I brought my vehicle in for was again fixed. This AGAIN wasnt the case, I broke down again a second time on the freeway after Rich Ford again told me my vehicle was able to be driven on the freeway and the issues that I brought my vehicle in for was taken care of. The issues were never fixed, I paid for service that never fixed my issue. I had to take off work several times to handle this. The service manager is ALWAYS BUSY and they dont return phone calls or messages! I had a horrible experience with Rich Ford and have told and will continue to tell other about my experience and to not expect the vehicle problems to be fixed.Review from Abed B

I highly do not recommend Rich Ford. One of the worst experinces I ever had and it is not the first time with Rich Ford. We currently own a 2021 **** explorer, which is our second car that was bought through Rich Ford. We took our car in for an oil change, on a Tuesday, a day before we had to travel **** for a few days. We let service department represetive know that we will be coming back on Saturday evening and would like to have the car back on Sunday. The service representative assured us that the car will be ready and waiting for us on Sunday. When we went to pick up the car on Sunday as planned, the sales team did not know anything about the car and did not care to help at all. Given the team was confused, we asked to speak to a manager to clarify the issue. After more than 30 mintues of waiting, ******* who was the manager for that Day showed up and without asking about the issue told us "I can not help you". My wife was justifiably annoyed and asked who can. To which he answered with annoyonce ''I am the manager and I am not going to help you" and then he walked away. We tried with others on the sales team, but were ignored and kept waiting for almost two hours. I was told at some point that ''the Manager will not speak to my wife'', who is the primary owner of the car. ******* never came out of his office again and we left Rich Ford on Sunday without our car, after wasting more than 2 hours and my wife was treated in a sexist way. We went back to Rich Ford the next day, Monday, to finally pick up the car and told the service department what had happened. Other than empty promises, no one from Rich Ford has reached out to us to rectify the issue and appologize to my wife.I will never recommend or deal with Rich Ford again, I will be taken my business elsewhere where it is appreciated.Rich Ford Response

It seems that when your service advisor discussed with you on Friday that in order for you to pick up your vehicle after hours, when the ****************** was closed, that you would need to pay for it before you came to pick it up. Since the payment was not paid in time to release the vehicle through the payment link that was provided and due to security reasons to keep your vehicle safe, your vehicle was subsequently not released out front. We should have contacted you through phone, email, and text methods to communicate to you and we are sorry our team did not do that. Also, our sales division does not have access to our service departments vehicles and this is where the breakdown occurred. We will work with the departments to find the best way to accommodate this in the future that keeps our customers vehicles safe and allows for more convivence for you when we are not open during normal operating hours. Our true purpose is to satisfy our customers and it clearly did not happen in this case. This is not the spirit of who were are or how we train our employees. We will have an opportunity to coach our team members and hope that you can find a way in the future to let us show you why we have so many loyal customers by satisfying you on your next visit.Rich Ford Response

This place stole money from my dad. They would not fix the main issue until all codes were cleared on my car, (powersteering) "fixed" the powersteering which made worse noise than before and didn't even check the seal on the lid was tight, was missing an o ring and leaked all over. Test drove car 4 whole miles in 2 weeks. That's it. Main issue was my starter that was never even looked at. Car broke down a week later, shut off while driving. Lost $1500 on something we didn't go in to fix.Review from Randy M

Since we purchased our vehicle at Rich Ford and were under a vehicle warranty with them, we have taken the car in for regular maintenance. All of the staff have been friendly and have done their best to make sure all of our issues were taken care of.Rich Ford Response

I could rate ***** at 6 stars - or even more. She knows her job and her customer skills are amazing. Even though I have to drive 3 hours, instead of using my local dealer I will return for servicing because of her. She is a most valuable asset at Rich Ford.Rich Ford Response
