    Hello, the transaction I made in the ElmoSantino website on January 7th, 2023. I purchased a pair of Men’s Leonard Casual Shoe in Black for $69.95, there was no tax or shipping fee. My order number is #*******. They claimed they would send me an email to notify me when the order was sent out, but never got that email. On January 30th, 2023 I sent an email to I haven’t received the email or the item itself and would like a refund. They responded the same day saying an a request for support was created for me and that someone would reach out to me as soon as possible to help me. On February 27th, 2023 I sent another email demanding my email and they have not responded since.

    I ordered ElmoSantino shoes for $69.00 online after a Facebook ad appeared on my feed. My order and payment was processed; however, I never received the shoes. I remembered 2 months later that I never received the order. I checked my email and followed the link to the order and it says the shoes were delivered on 01/09/23. I emailed ElmoSantino and I received an email response that a ticket was opened and a representative would reach out to me. I have not received any other communication after 2 weeks. I have been unable to find a US phone number for this company. After a search online of this company I am seeing many references to this company being a scam. I have reached out to my credit card company to dispute the charge.

    On January 7, 2023 I purchased 2 pairs of men’s shoes from them and did not receive them. They said they were delivered but I did not receive them. I went to the website and sent an email detailing that I have not received them they sent back a email saying that a representative would contact me I gave them my cell phone and email and they did not reach out to help resolve this matter. I have sent several more emails asking for their help and nothing. They confirmed my order #****** they took my monies of 129.00 and I did not get the shoes. I sent emails on 1/20/23 they issued me a support number #590796 I emailed again on 1/24 & 1/26 , 1/30 ,2/3/ 2/8 , 2/14 2/28/23 and no help there website dose not have a phone number for me to even call to resolve this I would like my money back $129.00 I would even take the shoes.

    I bought three pairs of shoes at ElmoSantino online on December 30, 2022 for a total of $199.85. Order# *******. After countless efforts trying to track the package and communicating by email, I received a small piece of plastic with a piece of material in it from USPS with a tracking number. No shoes delivered.
