We called ***** to fix our fridge He fixed the water and the top ice maker.The bottom ice maker did not work.We gave him $425.00 to fix the bottom ice maker.Ive called him at least 5 times.Left a message and never called back.I even went to his shop.It was closed.I would give this guy a 0 review.Review from April F

Not a good business they should be closed down.We bought a dryer from them it makes a really bad sqeaking noise called them they said they would call me back to schedule someone to come out and check it I waited a couple of day still haven't heard anything from them. I keep calling them and funny won't answer.they gave us a 4 month warranty I'm just gonna hit the 2 months .very poor customer service they really need to be shut down taking people's money and can't comply with warranty we bought it something wrong with it and you can't fix it can't answer the phone s***** businessReview from Jo Ann M. Lopez Appiance is a fraud, take your money and does not return to do the work Paid for the part and he won't come back to install or give me the part. He has taken my money and the part. He is a Fraud and a Scammer. His business shoud be closed down and he should be indicted for thef as well as frand and scramming the people. I don't know he lives with himself. Bot God does not like ugly..He will lose everything. He is not an honest person and and a pitiful human being scamming his custormers.His reviews are awful and I don't know why justice has not been done to him.JAJ, MAY 23RD THRU JUNE 10TH 2023. My company had bought a washer from Lopez Appliances and the washer they sold us was broken!! I called them back and they said they would order the part and replace it. It has been almost 3 months now and they have not replaced it. They screen my calls and don't pick up. They also LIE and say they will come (the few times they do pick up) and never show up. I work at a house with 3 special needs individuals. We bought a washer from them, it was delivered broken, and a month and a half of dodging our calls they still haven't fixed anything. The service is absolutely disgusting.Review from Roy D

$255.00 repair to fix washing machine, did not work afterwards more than 16 phone cals no answer and no reply 4 missed scheduled appointments with 4 visits to there store with no response, how do i get my money back!!!!!Review from Juan R

They are awful I ordered a part at the beginning of the year it is now 8 months in and I still have not received my part they keep avoiding my phone calls they were paid in advance for the part so they could order the part and I still have no part no phone call and my stove is still broken so I do not recommend Lopez Appliance at all to anyoneReview from Richard R

Broken frig, showed up for repair ordered parts charged ******, Came and installed parts, started filling with gas frig devloped leak Which i believe was their fault by over filling with gas, said they would return And repair leak. This Ariel ********************** from this Lopez Appliance scam's people from their money, especially the elderly. My trusting parents paid this man $300.00 for a part he "needed to order". Here we are 7 months later and no part, no phone call absolutely NO communication. I went as far as taking time off work to go to his place of business and all I ever got was his nephew covering up for him. They went as far as telling me to come back at a certain time, when I got there, 15 mins. before my appointment, door were locked, lights were out. Be aware of this person, now his claiming the "part" was in, but will not refund any money because "we don't want him to install the part". How is someone like this still doing business with all these complaints. The more I read, the more I'm convince he targets the elderly.Review from Judith M

Came out on December 6 and evaluated washer and refrigerator for repair. Took a little over $300 for deposit. Returned finished washing machine, never returned to repair the refrigerator. It is now March 28. They were paid by credit card and have never returned the $200 balance that was left to finish the job on the refrigerator. Repeated calls have not been returned. I would never recommend them to anyone.
