    Michael hohl Honda ripped me off in their service department. They charged me to fix my Honda but it broke down the very next day with same problem. I advise all to never, ever buy anything from this dealership. Robert D*** is a horrible representative for Honda. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MICHAEL HOHL HONDA IN CARSON CITY NEVADA.

    I just bought a car six months ago and they sold me a van with really bad battery so I had to buy a new one for $200, I bought a warranty for $3000 because my vehicle is having more issues so I took it the warranty didnt cover. They had already fix a oil leak that I had but it was from the gasket which was covered but I took it again because it was leaking from the same place and they said it was from somewhere else it was leaking from the spool vowel so the warranty didnt cover that part so I asked Honda **** at a courtesy if they would fix it for me since I only had the vehicle for six months and they said no because it was an old vehicle. I think they could do it out of courtesy.

    Not only did it leak oil but also alternator ga e out, they new that warranty also didnt cover it, still they didnt help me, so I hat tow my vehicle home. N thats not all when I had another mechanic look at it they never fix the leak problem that supposedly they had fix, so the warranty from my money paid almost $600 for nothing , the mechanic told me to take it back. I was so through with Honda ho that I just didnt n had him re fix the same leak Honda ho said they fix at this point I dont know what to do .

    I don't take bad reviews lightly. I hardly ever leave them. I wanted to give these guys the opportunity to speak with us before leaving a bad review - but they aren't returning phone calls.First off - don't step foot on this lot without checking the **price on their website.Went in yesterday looking to get an Impreza we were eyeing that was listed as $24k online. Test drove one which was fine, but my husband wanted to check out the **** which originally wasn't even in the stars at that point, so i had NO reason to check the online price. Let me skip to it. We paid $37,878 as listed on the car, when it was $3,795 cheaper online. We paid a markup well over MSRP and the exact car and every other car in other colors, by getting caught off guard since we were not looking to even buy a WRX. This wouldn't have happened if we bought the Impreza since we came in looking for that specific car and the salesman pulled it up on his PC in front of us.Also, the sales experience leaves much to be desired. You better ask A LOT of questions, such as:This $3495 you added to my quote to get my monthly payment - what is it for?!! I HAD to ask what the charge in the quote was even for! Btw, it was an extended warranty. This is something a straight shooting salesman would ask you if you wanted included before said quote. Once i asked, he said "You should get it because of all the computers this car is comprised of." I literally had no idea until we were signing papers that ************* had been included. Another charge they don't discuss with you. These are things I thought about when my husband was signing the docs yesterday, but was willing to overlook since he was happy to be getting a WRX. But, after getting home and seeing our exact car for $34,082 online when we paid the onsite price of $37,878, I feel taken. Ya'll are shady AF.I will be sure to tell EVERYONE I know to avoid this place. I mean really, you couldn't even return a call.

    What a lying dealership. I purchased a 2019 Honda CRV on August 7 of 2019, and purchased an 8 year extended refundable warranty to go along with the **** I sold the vehicle exactly 2 years later, on August 7 of 2021. I have been attempting to get a refund on the remaining extended warranty in the amount of roughly $2000. I have spoken to numerous people at the dealership, and receive roughly 1 call back for each 3 times I call. The Sales manager ****** Dans has promised for almost a month to overnight the check, yet he claims each time we talk he will make sure the *************** will cut a check the next day. After 4 assurances that the check will be overnighted to me - via calls and texts, still no check. And it has been over 6 months now that I have been pestering this dealership with calls and texts. At least ****** calls me back - his assistant *********************** will never call me back, even after leaving multiple voicemails for her. This is not customer service for their customers.Did I mention that Michael **** Honda has $2000 of my money and I don't know how or when I'm going to get it back?
