    I would like to reopen my previous complaint against PLUSFOUR *** (case number ******** or ********) to submit the release form they requested. The email went on the **** folder and I just noticed it now.Thank you and please proceed with my complaint.My previous complaint was: I have been a victim of identity theft. I discovered it last few weeks ago upon reviewing my credit report. I found accounts that are not mine, addresses that I never resided and inquiries I never made. Now I am dealing with creditors who want me to file a fraud packet even though proofs has been given already.     This business reported "major derogatory" on my credit and I had 0 knowledge of this bill from ****** *********. I was also never contacted by someone from PlusFour about this debt, until I saw it on my credit report the morning I was applying for a new apartment. I called PlusFour to find out what this report was about and they informed me that ****** ********* was the cause for this. I had seen ** multiple times since this bill occurred and was never notified of the outstanding balance. I told PlusFour I was not going to pay them and that I will settle this with ** where the bill is coming from, which I did and ** apologized for confusion and told me they will notify PlusFour to remove this claim altogether. I have email confirmations of them telling PlusFour to remove this claim. PlusFour is not wanting to remove this collection or remove the ding from my credit report. How is this even legal? This should not have even been given to a collections agency due to HIPPA... They need to remove this off my report.

    I received a phone called from a mary in reference to a bill I'm assuming that shows it's past due. Prior to this call , I've never received a bill in mail from the original client or from this debt agency. I requested a itemized statement verbally over the phone and they refuse to stating that something like that needs to be requested only through mail. I then hang up and called my sister to assist me with this call since she knew more about this kind of thing versus myself. I called back and I told the lady that I have my sister on the line and she was so rude and said we don't do 3 ways and then continue to hang up the call in my face instead of allowing myself to end the call with my sister so I can resolve this matter. I called again and I advise them that I was calling and she automatically said are you still on a 3 way and at that point I requested a manager. I then was able to speak to Lizbeth , and I advise her I need an itemized statement and she also then stated she does not send them out unless it's requested by mail. I then told her I never received a notice from them at all and she said we sent one in April and only required to sent one by law. I advise her I needed another one because I never received a notice and she said we can't now because the account is in dispute. I never told her I was disputing the account. I told her that the patient name has change now because she was adopted and her insurance probably was billed incorrectly because of the name change. She is also a Medicaid patient so there for collection agency can not bill Medicaid patients. I need this fix and all I am doing is trying to get the information that I need to contact the correct people to fix this problem because all it is , is insurance issues with her last name change due to adoption. They automatically put this in dispute due to me telling her that her name change and refuse to send me a debt notice as well . I am hoping this has not hit my credit report as well.

I received your response, and the following inaccuracies remain on my credit report: #1 PlusFour, Inc. / Account Number Unknown / Date Assigned 1/10/2022 / Balance Owed $259 Once again, I am notifying you that these items are not reported correctly for the reasons listed below, and I am asking you to reinvestigate them: 1. The accounts shown above are duplicates collection accounts that were illegally put on my ********** and******** reports. Both ********** and******** have removed the PlusFour account due to their fraudulent & illegal actions.. Multiple collection accounts for one assumed debt is an illegal reporting practice and so is falsifying addresses. 2. The accounts shown above have different "balance owed" amount from other subissions on the ********** and******** accounts, which clearly proves inaccuracies in PlusFour, Inc.'s illegal reporting practices. 3. The account reported above are not my debit, and I have no knowledge of it. 4. The address listed on the account is a *** store in Las Vegas, which is not a legal home address. This inaccuracy once again proves PlusFour, Inc.'s illegal reporting practices. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 607, you must ensure maximum accuracy of the information contained in my credit report. Please respond promptly. All documentation shows this debt is a valid debt owed to DR. ******* for services provided and due to non payment the account has been assigned to PlusFour Collection Agency. Transunion has already removed this illegal collection, and Equifax is still in process but should be removed soon. I want PlusFour to remove this false collection account from my Experian account and stop trying to collect a debt that is not mine. PlusFour previously stated that I lived in a UPS store and have yet to provide any documentation proving I owe anyone anything. No documentation they have provided thus far has been accurate or factual.
