In December of 2023 BBB noticed a pattern of complaints. Consumers allege that product they paid for was not received. Consumers further allege they have been unable to obtain refunds from BootySprout, Inc.

BBB communicated our concerns to the business in January and February of 2023. BootySprout, Inc has not responded to BBB regarding the pattern of complaints. BBB continues to receive the same type of complaints regarding the business.

    Order # ****** This order was placed in error due to Shop Pay having my payment details on file. I wanted to see what the cost would be with shipping. I did not want to place the order. I absolutely do not want this order to be shipped because on the bootysprout website, it states that there will be a $20 fee to return the item if its not cancelled before it ships. If you look at this companys page, they have a history of not responding to customers and not providing the refunds that their own site says they will provide. This is the reason that I am asking the BBB to help.

    Have not received item. PLEASE NOTEI DO NOT WANT REFUND. I own a booty sprout bench and bands that are useless without a back pad. I would like my back pad delivered.

    The website states they will refund the product price if returned in new condition in the same shipping container. The website further states they will email a shipping label if you request a refund and return the product. $20 will be deducted from the purchase price for return shipping. They will not answer my emails. They also state the purchaser has only ************************************************************************** obtaining my refund.

    The vendor emailed stating they would be happy to assist in my return.  However, they only asked if I had the original packaging, I replied yes and ask for the return label as stated on their website.  Still no return label.  The item is in the original packaging, ready to return.  They won't email a return label as promised.

    I ordered bands more than 2 months ago and have not received them. I got an email from the company that said they would ship out within 2 weeks and it has been a month atleast since then. I want what I paid for. They have not stopped taking orders and are selling the product with the bands but cannot mail replacement bands for some reason.

    I ordered the BootySprout product and the website claims that I can return within 30 days. The product I am trying to return is unopened and the company will not respond to my requests for the return shipping label as indicated on their website which is needed for return. I have emailed the support email they indicated daily since August 8 and have not received a reply. Today is August 14. I have also tried to contact via Instagram and through their support form on their website. Still no reply. This is very concerning and I am beginning to feel like this is a fraudulent business. I need help contacting this business so I can return this and get my $164 returned. I am approaching the 30 days hence I need attention to this matter. Refund Policy Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cant offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping To return your product, email ********************************** and we will email you a shipping label.Shipping costs will be provided by the customer, and is a flat $20 fee. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    On 7/7/23 I received my package from this company and upon opening noticed I was missing two additional items I had ordered and paid for. I reached out to this company ON that day and was told that the items were back ordered and they were waiting to receive them and should get them in two weeks. I emailed the company again on 7/21/23 and was told the exact same response. I then emailed again on 7/24/23 asking for a refund for the two additional items. They emailed back on 7/26/23 once again stating the same response as their other emails that they were expecting the items in two weeks. On 8/5/23 I once again emailed asking to receive a refund for my items and let them know I will be reporting them to the BBB. I have received no additional emails from them since their last one on 7/26/23. ********************************** This is their support email. The additional items I havent received total 30$ without tax.

    Purchased the BootySprout for my wife on 7/21/2023. I received the product on 7/27/2023. When we received the product we wanted to make sure we could use it well so immediately opened and set it up. Due to her height and build, the booty sprout was not only awkward for her to use but painful. I sent an email to the support team ********************************** the same day in the evening to request a refund through their web contact form. I expected a response within 24 hours. No response. I tried the web contact form again. No response in 2 days. I resorted to an email directly from the order confirmation until the end of July with no response. Several days later, on August 3rd, I get my first response from the support team (after 1 week waiting for the product and another week trying to reach out to the support team). Message received states, "I'd be happy to help you process a return. Do you have the original packaging (box/custom foam interior molding)?" In which I responded "Yes, all original packaging is within my possession." Several days later, absolutely no responses. There is a 30 day window from the date of purchase to obtain a refund. That leaves me 12 days to get a response before they begin denying refund on 8/20/2023.... I have tried every day since they first responded to get my shipment label only to be met with silence.

    I placed an order for a product but after seeing how this company is ran, I requested a refund before my product ever was delivered. Now they are ghosting me and not letting me get my return label. Theyre going to hold out past the return date so I have to keep the product. I also had a back ordered order as well that I requested be cancelled. I want a return label and my money back, which is over $200. Company is poorly ran and is starting to seem like its a scam.

    I simply need to return a product. I received the product on 07/01/2023 and have sent emails to the company on 4 different occasions attempting to secure the information to return the product without success. The companys customer service does not respond. The product is packaged back up in the original box with packing materials however I do not know where to send it as they will not respond. Seeking assistance with this issue related to lack of response.

    I ordered this product on 5/30/23. My order number is ******. Total amount spent and and immediately charged to my credit card was $184.00. When placing the order, I was told I would receive my item in 5-7 business day. It is now June 16th and I am still without my product. I emailed the company and email on June 12th and then completed their contact form on June 15th with no response. If they are not going to fulfill my order, I would like a full refund of my purchase.

    Hi **********, apologies for the backorder length. This order was fulfilled. Our previous warehouse shipped out the backorders in an incorrect order, which is why things took a lot longer than expected for some customers. We are truly sorry for this, and have since partnered with a new warehouse so this doesn't happen again. We hope you enjoy the machine otherwise!
