In December of 2023 BBB noticed a pattern of complaints. Consumers allege that product they paid for was not received. Consumers further allege they have been unable to obtain refunds from BootySprout, Inc.

BBB communicated our concerns to the business in January and February of 2023. BootySprout, Inc has not responded to BBB regarding the pattern of complaints. BBB continues to receive the same type of complaints regarding the business.

    I emailed the support email to ask for a return label because the product just didn't work for me at all. I got a reply asking if I still had the original packaging and I replied yes and then never heard anything. I sent SEVERAL MORE EMAILS and still no reply. I sent another email directly from the contact us page on their website got another reply stating if I had the packaging and if I was a US customer I said yes and yes and explained the situation again and yet again no reply after SEVERAL MORE Emails from me. No label for return nothing. After seeing several similar complaints online it is very clear this company is scamming people. The second someone reply's saying yes they have the packaging they stop getting emails back. There is no phone number to contact. I want a refund and I want this thing out of my house.

    Placed an order April 7th and still have not received item or any type of tracking information, I sent multiple emails asking for tracking and I keep getting an automated email reply and that's it. I then sent an email to request a refund since the item hasn't been shipped and it's over 30 days since purchase date. No response at all from company about a refund and it has been several days since it was sent.

    I ordered their product 2 weeks ago, I spent nearly $200 dollars with them. They never sent me a confirmation email, nor a tracking number for shipment but took the money out of my account immediately. They do not answer any emails or messages. I tried 4 different times. Now, someone is telling me they got back to her and that they are sold out. I am moving in 3 weeks and need to change the address I have on file with them to eventually receive this order if that is not possible I NEED a refund. I will be filing a dispute with my bank and filing a police report if not.

    I purchased a Booty Sprout machine from the site on April 11, 2022. The site is currently advertising 3 day shipping with the Booty Sprout product in stock. 2 days later I receive an email from the site stating they're out of stock and won't be able to ship my item for FOUR weeks. I have contacted the customer service numerous times to receive some sort of compensation with no response. You are not able to return any item after 30 days after your purchase date. I'm convinced they purposely delay shipping to use this no return policy to their advantage and sell sub-par products I do not recommend buying from Booty Sprout. They are extremely unprofessional, unresponsive, and sell under false advertising. Continuing to sell a product clearly out of stock with the promise of shipping in THREE days, turning to FOUR weeks is ludicrous. Buyer beware.
