In December of 2023 BBB noticed a pattern of complaints. Consumers allege that product they paid for was not received. Consumers further allege they have been unable to obtain refunds from BootySprout, Inc.

BBB communicated our concerns to the business in January and February of 2023. BootySprout, Inc has not responded to BBB regarding the pattern of complaints. BBB continues to receive the same type of complaints regarding the business.

    I ordered exercise equipment from Booty Sprout on 12/16/22 for $197.10. Order # is ******. The company immediately took the money from my account. I waited till Dec 19 and emailed asking for the date the product would be sent due to it being a gift for Christmas. I emailed again the evening and yesterday Dec 20 without response. I now have lost all trust in the company and want my money back so I can order from a different company.

    Hi there, apologies for the backorder length. This was order was fulfilled. Our previous warehouse shipped out the backorders in an incorrect order, which is why things took a lot longer than expected for some customers. We are truly sorry for this, and have since partnered with a new warehouse so this doesn't happen again. We hope you enjoy the machine otherwise!

    I ordered and paid for three (3) resistance bands from BootySprout, and I only received one. I've written several emails and tried to message them through social media several times and after 3+ weeks there's still no response from their customer service. They do not have a phone number to call, so I cannot do any more at this point but report it. The cost of the two bands I did not receive is $28 plus sales tax (shipping was free). If they just respond to my email we can resolve the issue, either by refund or sending the other bands that I paid for. Thank you.

    Date of transaction 10/24/22 Ordered 2 resistance bands (paid $30) for a machine that I previously purchased from this company. Sent 4 emails and several messages in an attempt to get an update on my order. No answer. Other people online are having the same issue. I would like to know what is causing the delay in my order and why nobody has answered me. If they can't give me what I ordered then I want a return.

    I ordered online on the BootySprout website through a link from their Instagram on Sept. 23rd, 2022. I spent $196.00 for the BootySprout machine ($149.00, $20 off coupon KATRINA20), two additional 70lbs resistance bands ($32.00 total, $16.00 each), and $15.00 shipping. I received a confirmation email and order #****** . I messaged them through Instagram on October 12th asking for an estimated shipping date and all they said was Working on it!, no answer to my questions. I emailed on October 8th with no response and again on the 18th. I want a refund for my money or a guarantee that my order will be delivered. I ONLY WANT MY ORDER CANCELED FOR A FULL REFUND. OR A GUARANTEE MY FULL ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED.

    I ordered the Booty Sprout on October 2, 2022. $198 was pulled from checking account on October 3,2022. I have the order confirmation, I added their "shop" app to my phone so I could track my order. There has been no update from them on the app. I sent a message on October via Instagram asking when my order was going to ship, they answered me two days later saying it was in que to ship that day or the following. It is now October 30th and NOTHING!!!!!!!! I have sent several email and messages via IG and FB. NO RESPONSE!!!!! I have filed a complaint with PayPal and my bank, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I purchased the BootySprout for $149 on 9/21/22 and the website advertised 3 day shipping. I received an email confirmation on 9/21/22 but zero communication from the company since and have not received the item. I have emailed them twice and reached out on social media and still have not received a response. I want to know when my item is shipping which seems very reasonable since it has been over a month.

    I ordered the device for my girlfriend 6/17 it was $184. It said it was in stock and ready to ship on June 20. I emailed them multiple times over the past month and a half because it hasent shipped asking them to refund it they rarely respond and takes them over a week to respond. I've asked for them to cancel and refund it multiple times. Last time they said it was shipped July 20th and should have a tracking number and shipped email. I still haven't received it do not have any tracking or confirmation I'm unsure what they're doing but this is ridiculous

    April 8th 2022 purchased $195.00 Bootysprout hip thruster Never received my product Have had over 8 messages and emails sent to them. They keep telling me it's on backorder or it will be shipped in a week. It was supposed to have 3 day shipping and was in stock when I ordered. I've asked for the product to be sent in every email and have also stated that I would like a refund if that's not possible. Order #******

    Ordered a product at the beginning of May and have not yet received anything. They will send a generic message saying that they have a shortage and will send an email once shipping occurs and give a time frame like a week or two and nothing. This has happened twice. My husband ordered it as a gift for me and i followed up a week ago and asked for a refund or the product and nothing. I also commented on social media as they keep advertising like they have product depsite taking almost 200 dollars from my husband and not sending us anything. I would like a refund and this point the product as well. Really was looking forward to getting and am very disappointed that this is how they conduct business.

    Hello, i ordered a exercise machine from this company on May 3rd, 2022. I received it on June 6th, 2022. Before it even arrived to my house i tried canceling the order. No response from the company. After I received the item i did not open package i emailed them again asking for a return label so i can return and get a refund. In the email i sent pics of the item still in the exact condition it came to my house, again no response. It wasnt until i threatened to go to my bank and dispute the charges that I received an email saying: Hi there we will get a return label to you shortly, that was on june 15th. Today is june 21st and i am still waiting for this return label. Ive been emailing them everyday asking for this label and nothing yet. There is no number to call. I have no clue what to do at this point. Ive reached out to them thru ********* and im ignored no matter where i reach out from. This business should not be in business.
