I ordered this product on January 13th. I have still never received the product! It's February 28th. I have emailed the company several times and get no response or the one time they did response they just told me they were behind on orders and to be patient. I have been patient over a month and my product is not being shipped. They do not respond, I have asked for a refund and get no answer. They don't ever have a phone number to contact. I feel like they just stole my money and I'll never get it back and never my product.Business response

Hi April, apologies for the backorder length. We refunded this in March, sorry we couldn't fulfill it in time. Our previous warehouse shipped out the backorders in an incorrect order, which is why things took a lot longer than expected for some customers.We are truly sorry for this, and have since partnered with a new warehouse so this doesn't happen again. I ordered from this company over 3 weeks ago. They have not ship out yet and are completely unresponsive to my emails and media comments in regards to my purchase. Many other consumers are leaving comments like mine. Im looking for a full refund of the $184.00 I paid.Business response

I ordered a workout machine from Booty Sprout on 1/20. They quickly charged me $184.00 which is completely fine as I purchased the item. The website says 2-3 week delay because of a supply issue. But, I didnt hear anything from them at all until 2/1 when they stated the machine might get shipped out in 2 weeks or a month. Only thing is ** leaving the country for 10 days and my package would most likely be stolen if delivered at the end of the month. I placed this order thinking itd be a 3 week delay. I responded to the email on 2/14 stating Id have to change the delivery address and just to find out when this would be delivered. No answer. Emailed again on 2/17 with a follow up and then again today 2/20. No response. I messaged them on instagram and filled out a contact form on their website as well. With no response. I went on their instagram and a lot of other costumers are in the comments saying the same thing happened to them. The company quickly took their money and never heard from the business again. At this point I dont want their product. I went to my bank and reported fraud and disputed the charge. This is not how a company should be treating customers who are ordering an expensive item from them. There is no form of communication and I just want this order cancelled and I want them to have some consequences for what theyve done to these 20+ other customers (probably more than that I just only saw that many comments on instagram) please shut this business down.Business response

I purchased this product on 29Dec2022, confirmation #*************** and received a confirmation text message. They provide NO updates on shipping and NO way to track the processing and shipping of an order. I contacted them via email 5Jan2023 to check the status of the order. I received NO response. They have no phone number for you to call them; only an email to which they don't respond. Finally, on 18Jan2023, I received an email updating me; orders were delayed due to west coast storms but my order would be shipped in the next 10 days with 3 day shipping time. NO updates since then and NO product deliverred. In response to that email, 18Jan2022, I "replied" asking for a 20% refund on the order as ads were currently popping up on my fb feed offering a 20% discount if one ordered via the fb ad. I've received NO response to that email. According to the time line from their email dated 18Jan2023, the order should have arrived no later than 3Feb2023. I've received NOTHING. By reviewing all the negative posts on their advertisemet thread, this company obviously has problems. Additionally, by post-purchase viewing their BBB rating, they have some serious issues. I made an online purchase 6 weeks ago and havent received a single reply to my emails or online messages regarding the status of my product/purchase. There is no contact phone number for the company and theyve 2x told me in a generic update that seems to be a copy/paste to multiple people that they are 2 weeks behind in shipping and its now been 6 weeks and I havent gotten a reply to my emails since 1/8. It looks like many folks have/are experiencing the same thing from online chatter they charged me right away but have been dodging me in what is really going on here.Business response

I purchased an exercise machine on Dec 4, 2022 and received it on Dec 9. This was an intended Christmas gift which the recipient didn't want. The machine was not unpacked from original shipping materials. On Jan 2 I emailed the company asking to process a return. This was within the return policy window and I met all stated return policy guidelines. I received no response from the company. The only contact information the company has on its website was the email address *********************************** I sent multiple follow up emails, sent a message to their Instagram account and on their webpage "contact us" message system. I finally received response on Jan 17 saying they'd send a return label 1-2 business days later. I sent more follow up emails after nothing showed up. Its now 1/27/23 and I'm starting to believe the return policy is fraudulent and delays are intentional. I can't comment on the quality of the product as we never opened it. I only want my money back and to get this item out of my house.Business response

I purchased a BootySprout on October 25th, 2022. On October 28th, 2022 I received an email from the "BootySprout Team" letting me know that there were delays on the incoming batches and they would ship my order in the comin week. After sending daily emails to their "Support" email with no response, I was forced to contact my bank to report the fraud and request help for a refund. The following day on November 15th, 2022, BootySprout emailed that my order had been cancelled and a refund submitted. On December 27th, 2022 I received an email from *** with my tracking information from BootySprout. I still have not received any correspondence from BootySprout about the second order. I will continue to send daily emails to them (they do not have a phone number) and will contact my bank for support. I emailed them to request a shipping label for a refund and have not heard back from them.Business response

i purchased an item from the businessm order #****** for the Booty Sprout and additional cables, for total of $216.00 i received the item, on dec 16. it did not work for someone my height, i contacted them dec 17 and advised that i wanted to return the item. i have contacted the company thru their support email five times, advising that i wanted to return the item and no one will respond.also, in my order i paid $32 for additional cables which i never received.Business response
