            I ordered a rose from therosetoyofficial.com on November 27th. I paid *****. After purchasing, i downloaded the shop app to track the order. The app said it would arrive 5-7 business days, however i was not gave a tracking number. After some time i went to the website to check it out. I noticed that the track my order tab had nothing to it. Im positive this is a scam site, there is also many negative reviews online about this site. The contact us tab had no number or email. I had to write my name and email and a message explaining my problem. I still have not received a response. Im very upset that this business has wasted my time and money. I would like this website to shut down as they have taken money from multiple people.

            On Aug 7 2022, I paid ***** (including tax) for a Rose *** ******** through this company. It was sent to me but does not work properly in that it did not shut off properly. The off button was not working, so in order for the ******** to stop, the battery had to run out. I contacted the company to replace but they said they had no record of my purchase. I then promptly responded with proof of purchase and received no response. I sent another 2 emails to them and still have not received any response. I have checked spam folders. Nothing. There is no way to contact this company unless you email them, there is no phone number for customer service. I am at a loss and just want either a refund or exchange for a product that works.

            On 06/08/22 @ about 11:57 . I placed an order with this business. I tried reaching out to do an address correction only to find out there's no real contact information. That made me do some poking around only to discover it's a fake web site. I would like my money back

            I ordered from the rose toy official website and apparently there's is the Rose toy official without the hyphens those $45 I never received my item and there's no way that I can get in touch with them and I'm seeing online that it is a scam but I'm not the only one that got scammed by them

            My order was scheduled to be delivered on January 26th. When I did not receive it but received a delivery notification, I immediately contacted the seller. The response time has been delayed and they seem to have no intention on resolving my issue or refunding my money.
