    I was solicited through GolfNow as "Youve been selected to receive the new F22 Raptor Wedge Set, FREE!" on 8/27/24, called the number for Patriot Golf (PG) and was given the promotion details:- PG will send me the wedge set free. In order to get the clubs, PG would send their new Fairway ***** for me to review/give feedback. - After Reviewing and giving the feedback, if the ***** don't perform better than my current set, I can sent them back and receive a refund. I received incorrect clubs, due to the new wedge set being only available in Right-Hand, after I was assured on the phone before I order that they would be custom to me. Original Order Listed Left Hand Clubs. The Order was shipped on 9/13/24 and was received 9/20/24. I called PG 10/4/24 to fulfill my obligation to provide feedback and review the fairway *****. I asked to send the clubs back and receive my refund. The **************** Supervisor told me "That's not exactly what you signed up for" then tried to pitch me several options to avoid paying the refund, ultimately ending with agreeing that PG would refund me $378 and that I would keep the clubs from the promotion. Since then, I have followed up with calls to ask about the refund, and have been told that the refund would be in the "Next Payment Cycle". After continued follow up, over several months, I have been told that the refund is Pending Accounting Approval. In January, I then asked to speak to someone that could bring a resolution. I was transferred to a Manufacturing Supervisor, and was told that he has sent a request to Corporate, should be cleared up in 48 hours. I have now called him several times, and been told the same thing over and over. I called today 1/30/25 and connected with the **************** Supervisor again. He tried to send me more product to let this situation go. I then talked to the Manufacturing Supervisor, who also tried to send product to avoid sending me the refund that I have been calling about Since October.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    However, I would strongly recommend a deeper look into this company. I have read numerous reviews, written by consumers, that have had to deal with similar situations. The company puts the return shipping expense on the consumer, then quotes a high shipping price, in order for the customer to elect to not ship the clubs back. 

    Also, I went through the company's recommended process to resolve my situation. I was not able to gain any traction until I reached out to the BBB. The **************** *** mentioned in an email, that she would have taken care of this issue regardless of the BBB complaint. I feel that Patriot Golf is a company with poor business practices and is seemingly purposeful in their efforts to not refund customers their money.

    Purchased golf clubs on 4/30/24 which was supposedly a free driver. Was told I would have to pay for and evaluate 3 more clubs and pay for up front (******) with the understanding that I would receive a full refund if I returned them with 40 days. Called within the 40 day window and was told they were unable to take the clubs back..The **************** *** then pressured me to accept a deal where they would issue me a partial refund plus send me another club. Never received refund OR club. This was 6/27/04. Called again in August and demanded a full refund (and no club) which they agreed to. It has now been 6 months and after numerous phone calls and being told every time it was being taken care of, and receiving no refund, I have decided to file this ***ort to several agencies.

    Initially called about a free offer to try their golf *****. During the call I was offered to try their fairway ***** with the "unconditional" money back guarantee. After trying them for a couple weeks, I decided to send them back and talked with their sales **** ***. He begged me not to send them back and kept offering a partial refund that grew each time I refused. I reached the point of exhaustion and feeling bad for ***, so I agreed on a $380 refund to not return them. Refund still hasn't shown up after 6 months of calls and assurances that "you'll see the refund in 3-5 business days" each time.Ironically, I never even received the golf ***** that I called about in the first place...

    Returned golf clubs within the allotted 90 day trial time period. Patriot Golf confirmed receipt of the clubs in acceptable condition in mid September. I have been calling monthly and they still have not processed my refund. Minus the shipping and processing fee, they owe me $447. Every time I call, they say they will send a message to accounting to expedite it and don't know why it wasn't refunded yet. But I can't talk to anyone in management or accounting.

    I purchased a set of golf clubs on 6/20/2023. I received them in 8/14/2023. I asked for a refund to which they agreed, and I sent the golf clubs back on 9/30/2023. In the past year, I've called 15 times to ask the status of the refund check, and they have always replied that it's on the way or will be sent soon.

    Patriot golf offered a free driver, needed to test for up to 60 days their 3,5 &7 fairway *****, for which they charged $500. Within the 60 day period (early June this year) called to arrange a refund and return of the fairway clubs. During the talk it quickly was clear they did want the clubs back, offering me, rather than a refund, a set of irons or a putter etc. After convincing them I wanted NO more product, the person claimed he talked to the business office and I finally agreed to a refund of about $320.00 and I keep the clubs, they said my credit card would see the refund within two business periods. When that did happen, I called and eventually talked to a ****** ****, to whom over the ensuing 6 months I have had, on average 3 phone calls a month. At least twice he assured me the check was in the mail. It strikes me that this company keeps delaying the refund process until you tire of the issue. The last call, Mr **** offered be a set of Irons, a putter and head covers ( which he claimed was over $1000.00 value) if I would stop calling. All I want is for them to honor their obligation. I am a Vet and they claim to be. Vet oriented organizationapparently a lie. Please help. Thanks n advance

    Hmmm, this is the first comms I received. The only info I have from Patriot Golf is in response to a phone call to a person named ******, who, seemingly is above ****** ****. This was a week or two ago. He promised me that he would go to *********************** to try to get them moving re refund. Whatever he tried did not work. I called on ***** he was supposed to call back but didnt, expect he will tomorrow(1-2). So, as far as Im concerned the issue has not been resolved.

    I placed the order October 29th. I called November 4th to cancel. After quite a exchange with one of their sales person I was finally able to get the order canceled. I had to tell him 3 times all I wanted was the order canceled and my card refunded. I got the runaround about it having to go through all the channels before it could be sent. We'll here it is the 10th of December and after 4 calls I still haven't seen it. It took them about an hour to get their money from my cc but can't seem to get my refund. I truly believe this so called business is nothing but a sham operation. I have downloaded the formal complaint form of the ************************** in the office of the **************************. If I haven't seen that $555.38 in my account by the end of this week I'm sending it to ************ I think the ************************* will be able to get my refund. I suspect they probably will want to take a much closer look at the way Patriot golf conducts business.

    I agreed to try a full set of clubs when I inquired about the wedge promotion. I received the clubs but did not want to keep them. I contacted Patriot Golf requesting a return shipping number. They did a whole sales presentation and I stated I still wanted to return the clubs. They then offered to refund my credit card for the fees paid except for $149. They stated to donate them because they were looking to get their name out there. I agreed. I waited for the refund to show on my credit card and it never did so I contacted the company. I get a response stating that I have been issued a credit. This was not agreed upon by me as I have no need for a store credit. I again requested a refund or another return number for me to send back the clubs. They are not responding.

    I purchased golf clubs on a promotional trial basis. I contacted the company in the required time to return 1 club. The company agreed to reduce the price of that 1 club to $40.00 and refund $110.00 to my credit card. This transaction goes back to June and I have still yet to receive my refund. I have contacted them numerous times and they still havent done anything.

    I did a trial club offer in late April in which I could try out three fairway ***** and return any or all if not satisfied. After trying the clubs out and finding no added benefit to the club over what I already owned I called to set up a return. I was forwarded to a senior sales member (probably owner or other management) by the name of ****** **** and was offer to refund $300 from my original $552.89. I agreed to offer as I would gift the clubs to my nephew who was starting to play golf. This call happen June 18th, 2024. No refund was sent through my credit card or check sent out. I called on July 1 to get update and was given the runaround. I have since called many more times talked to ****** **** and other customer service employees and have yet to see a dime of my money. I have now put in a dispute with my credit card company and am seeking other ways to gt my money back from this terrible company. At this point they should also be paying me four months of interest onto of any refund.
