I ordered golf clubs through a special promo from Patriot golf. At the end of the free trial period I contacted them to obtain return authorization for clubs. They instead offered me a $250 refund, keep the clubs and they would send me a free putter. I have already received the free putter as stated, but keep contacting them regarding the $250 refund. Again and again , they apologize and say they'll have the refund issued. It has been over 3 monthsBusiness response

My complaint is regarding Patriot Golf. The order for new clubs was placed on May 1 and the clubs still had not arrived by August 27. 0827 is part of the confirmation number. I phoned on Aug. 27 to cancel. They offered me other deals but I was not interested. When the clubs had not arrived by Aug. 27, I knew I did not have 45 days left in the season to try them out. Our golfing season sometimes finishes in early to mid October because of the colder weather in *******, ******. I was told I might have to wait up to 60 days to see the refund added back into my account. That has not happened 10 days later. I have made several calls and sent emails and have been told they are doing their best to rectify the situation. Doing their best has not resulted in the refund.Business response

Original purchase date 12-29-2023 for $479.92. Recieved 3 clubs and a golf bag. Requested return on 3-5-2024. Was unfortunately sold more clubs and head covers and a $200 refund. I accepted this offer.I called 6+ times to inquire about my refund. Still have not recieved refund as of 10-16-2024.I have heard the exact same talking point about refunds are issued on the accounting billing cycle 3 times. If you hear this line, request to speak to a manager. They are lying to you.I spoke with a superviser today *********. He said he would forward the request to accounting. I asked to be CC'ed, he said no. I asked for a refund to the card used for original purchase. He said no because it was past 180 days. Even though the mistake was on their side, still no ********* not give this company money. If you are unfortunate to have gave them money like myself, make sure to request the card refund within the 180 days of purchase.Such an unfortunate Patriot Front with absolutely terrible customer service and products. In April 2024, I accepted an offer for a "free" driver. The deal was that I had to purchase the 3, 5 and 7 ***** to try with a 60-day 100% money back guarantee. I had until June 27th to return the clubs for a complete refund. They did not disclose that I would have to pay the shipping cost to return the clubs. The purchase price for the three ***** was $447.00. My *** tracking receipt shows that they signed for the club return on June 18th, and I still have not received my refund.I have called just about every week looking for an answer, and every time I am told that it will be mailed "next week" or "this Thursday" or some other promise that has yet to come true.Business response

This complaint is far from closed. I still have not received my refund, nor has the company contacted me in any way about this refund. I am absolutely unhappy with Patriot Golf and intend to pursue legal recourse to obtain a satisfactory result.

Patriot Golf owes me $443.95 for an order I cancelled. I had to cancel the order due to health issues which prevent me from playing golf any longer. I have called at least eight times over close to eight months with no results. A young lady answers the phone and declares she has to notify the accounting department of the call. One time I did receive an email from the lady saying she contacted the accounting department. No one from accounting has ever contacted me and they still owe me $443.95. The person answering the phone does always verify I am owed the refund.Business response

I placed the order in April, received the order in May and returned it in June, they told me that I would receive the refund in 15 days and that has been almost 4 months, they did not send 2 boxes of twelve ***** that they promised and now every week that I call they tell me the same thing "that they will send me the refund next week" still waiting for my money back.Business response

I purchased some golf clubs from Patriot Golf on 9/19/23. Order #***** for $486.95. Their AD said that the purchase would be fully refunded if I was not happy. The clubs were shipped to me on 11/13/23 and I called them on 12/12/23 to say that I did not like the clubs and wanted a full refund. I spoke with ****** and he talked me into keeping the clubs and said that Patriot Golf would send me a $300 refund check. I agreed to this approach. Since then, I have now called Patriot Golf every month (10 calls now) and each time they apologize and say that a check is being entered into their system for the second Friday following the date of our call. The check never comes. Each time I call they profusely apologize and say they will take care of it right away on the next weekly check run, but they never do. Can you please help?!!! They have a record of each call because they tell me they see that I have called often. I talked to **** in January, 2024 and they were not able to reverse the charge because it had been over three months since I had made the *********** this point, I would like to get not only my $300 refund but the entire $486.95 they charged me because of how poorly they have treated me, stringing me along for almost a year now. I would be happy to send the clubs back to them - they are not used, only hit each club twice at a golf driving range and knew immediately that I didn't like them.Please, please, help! May 30 2024 Paid Patriot Golf $552.89 Promotion to try set of 4 clubs, keep one after returning 3 and Patriot would total refund.Tried to get total refund, but after talking with employee *** ****** I agreed to buy all 4 clubs for $120, with a refund to be issued to me for $378. This conversation was acknowledged in an email I have from *** on Aug 2nd 2024.Waited until Sept. 16th, 2024 to once again contact Patriot about unprocessed refund. After Sept. 16th, 2024 have called Patriots customer service weekly and also emailed employee/supervisor *** ****** on 2 occasions. The phone calls with customer service each told me someone would either call me back or email me with in 24 to ************************************** *** ****** never answered my emails.Even though I was told my refund would be credited back soon, it has not.I first saw their advertisement on *********** in May of 2024.Business response

Since first reaching out to Patriot Golf on Aug 2nd 2024, I have not had any response for the company concerning the refund they say they will be giving me. I have sent other emails on Aug 29th 2024 and Sept 30th 2024 and have had numerous phone conversations with their customer service department. The ******* assures me I will be getting an email "soon", which has never came, and I have had NO response to any of my emails. And now having received the response they have given BBB AND giving Patriot Golf additional 14 days since my email from BBB, I do not believe they are taking the steps to process my refund.

With this being the first time I've contact the BBB concerning a company's actions or in this case, inaction, and BBB being unsuccessful in your attempt on my behalf to have the company respond favorably, are there other kinds of arbitration available for me to investigate? I understand you can not offer me any legal advise, but being out of my depth with this, any information on a path available to me for the resolution of this claim would be a big help. I have come to terms that this may just have to be a life ****** (though an expensive one) on making sure I do my due diligence before jumping into future situations as this. But I will attempt for a little while longer to have them honor their business statement and refund policy.

I purchased some golf clubs with a 45 day return for full credit if I didn't want to keep them. They were not to my liking so requested to return for my credit. I have had several conversations with them...each time they offered something other than a refund. I finally agreed to a partial refund...that was back in Feb. 2024! Every time I call, I get assurances that the "check is in the mail" ha....just another scamBusiness response
