    I received a bill with a statement date of 3/27/23 from Golden Victory Medical. The bill is for services over the entire year of 2022 with a start date of 3/22 and end date of 12/22. This is this first bill I have ever received and would like to know why I wasnt billed after each appointment or even monthly. However, In an attempt to pay the bill I logged onto their Kareo website. I attempted to pay the bill receiving an error message. Currently it shows duplicate pending transactions of my bill on 3/28. I have attempted to call both phone numbers listed on the bill ************** and ************** - neither phone number rings and the call is terminated saying busy. I tried emailing the address listed on the bill *************************** and got a response saying they havent worked there in over a year. I also attempted to use Googles online chat feature with this business with no response. I have attempted to pay the bill and now no longer feel comfortable sending money to a company that *** or *** not be legit. If I truly have a bill, I would like to speak to someone that can verify the company is legit and address my concerns over the shady business practices, such as why I was not billed on a regular basis along with effective efficient communication. I would like to address the pending charges as well. Thank you.

    I went to counseling and was seeing a Virtual psychiatrist nurse practitioner with this company last year around spring and summer. I left the practice as I began to notice it was very poorly run and my therapist was quitting. All of my visits were billed to insurance and I paid copays. The location in *********** ** went out id business. Suddenly why husband and I are receiving random bills for hundreds of dollars. I dont trust that this company is legitimate.

    I was contacted by Golden Victory Medical about becoming a mental health patient and they sent me paperwork and asked that I fill it out and bring it in, but I didn't have transportation and told them that I wasn't interested after all and months later i received a text on my phone saying that I owed a bill for $592.90 when I called in the lady said that they're record's show that I was a client and owed them the money even though I never received any treatment from them. I was told someone might contact me back and explain how I owed them money for service's I never received?

    Contacted ****************** on January 11, 2023, at 10:49 am.  Informed ***************** to disregard his balance. Informed ****************** his balance has been resolved and adjusted for correction.  ****************** expressed he understood and had no additional questions. Since January 11, 2023, ****************** has not contacted us with any additional questions or concerns.
