I was a patient of Golden Victory Medical located at 2870 South Maryland Parkway Las Vegas, NV 89109. Owner Elizabeth Brown I was going to them for mental health and family care, I was getting weird charges and looked and seen they were charging my insurance with unbelievable charges for 2-5 minute conversations over the phone. Two times a month. Each time it was are you okay? Then next words was what refills do you need. It was always a different nurse practitioner. I paid and paid. until I was like this isn't right. I questioned the bill and was told that was my portion. When I check the portal. there is no record of my payments on there as I gave my card info to Patricia in the office. I have receipts. Then on the 17th of February, I called and left so many message, I emailed and know response. I was very nervous that the medication that I had to take was going to be problem. Without my meds I was scared!!! I researched and found another number. when i called it was a lady answered hello, I asked if she was with Golden Victory she said she what did I need. My husband told me to hang up and get another Dr. I called another DR and they were awesome they had to me do blood work, it was a actual working office. Why I'm writing this review is I'm scared for their patience!!! Mental health is no joke and I believe, PEOPLE CAN GET HURT BY THIS!! Thank the lord I have a Great husband that helped me through this. Some people might not have that and are sitting at home trying to get their medicine, mental health care and are not able to. I hope this saves one person please go to another DR, DO NOT TALK TO PEOPLE OVER THE PHONE YOU NEVER MET THAT MAKE A LIVING JUST PECRIBING PILLS!! THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS!! THEY WORK UNDER DR HUGH BURT THAT HAS NOT BEEN WITH THEM SINCE THE DAY HE MOVED TO THEIR COMPANY..
