Important information
- Additional Info:In December of 2019 BBB noticed a pattern of complaints from consumers alleging Block of Gear was paid for product that was not delivered. Disputes also allege that Block of Gear did not reply to consumer emails. Further, disputes allege that they consumer were told they had to return damaged or incorrect items to China at their cost in order to receive a refund. Consumers believed they were ordering from a company located in the Untied States and believed it was unfair that they had to incur this expense to return an item. BBB communicated our concerns to the business in December of 2019 and January of 2020. Although the business initially responded to BBB concerns, they have failed to provide the steps they will take to alleviate the pattern of complaints. As of January 2020, BBB continues to receive the same type of complaints regarding the business.
