    I ordered a bedspread from Block of Gear's website on April 5, 2022. It arrived on April 25, 2022. I decided that I didn't want it and asked for information to return it and obtain a refund. No reply for three days, even though I received many emails from them between the time I ordered and the time it was delivered. (One email even stated that now I am "part of the family".) Their website states, "if, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased from Block of Gear, contact our Customer support team to get the return instructions." After three days I received an email telling me, "We sincerely apologize for the product not as you expected. We would like to explain our return process as follows, any order returned to us will be completely destroyed and not used for re-delivery to a new customer, because our products are all manufactured according to the requirements of each customer. We are not able to accept the return of the product if it's not in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered to you, because it would be a pity if the item is returned and destroyed even if it has no manufacturing defect. While I can't offer a return on your order, we would really like to refund 10% of your order as our apology for the problem that happened to you. Please do not return the package. We will not take any responsibility for any return package without a confirmation letter or notice from us. I know your time is valuable, and we cannot deny some certain situations. We do hope for your sympathy with us. Once again, we sincerely give our apologies to you. So your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated. My apologies and regards," I feel that is deceiving and don't want a 10% refund. I want a full refund. I never would have purchased this item if I knew this was their M.O.
