The seller didnt give me my money back and blocked the conversation. I want my refund asap! I was sent an account instead the download code! **************** doesn't respond to complaints as well. This site is scam Created a customer service case and haven't heard anything. You allowing having sellers to create fake ************** accounts instead of actually giving the game install key is crazy. Allowing fraud is wild. No concern for our security and no real ownership of the game. Using an fake account is a violation and easy way to get your system banned.

    Dear User,

They responded to ********************** and this is their response. It's ***** and I don't want to tell the police and I want my money. What should I do?

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

In order for us to process your refund request, please make sure to follow the below instructions:

    1. First, you need to report the fraud committed by the seller to the local police or other appropriate authority in your area. The mentioned report should include the following information:

    Your first and last name,
The price of the digital item,
The name of the digital item,
The seller's data (user ID, transaction ID, nickname, etc. , anything that helps the police identify the seller). All this data can be found in the receipt for the order: *****************. g2a. com/orders-history,
Official stamps confirming the authenticity of the report.

    2. Next, please send a screenshot or photo of the official report, once it will be submitted and accepted by the authority in question.

Without such a document, your refund request might end up being rejected.

Your cooperation in this regard is highly appreciated

G2A is a scam, filled with a whole bunch of vendors who scam their client base. When you file a dispute, youre not covered. The seller was supposed to give me a steam code. Rather, he sent me to a link to his website where theres literal step-by-step instructions on how to give them access to your steam account so you can get your code. I work in cybersecurity and this is textbook spoofing & phishing. I filed a complaint with ******, they sided with G2A. I have not received my steam code till this day. Do not use G2A.

These guys are 100% scammers and they support fraud and scams from their sellers, I purchased a **************** key from a seller called Vikingbrothers (a well-known scammer on Reddit even though I did not know at the time). As expected once I got the key I attempted to claim it only to receive a message from ********* that the key is invalid and does not work for retail use. I attempted to contact the seller regarding the issues only to be met with bot messages repeating the same thing which was for me to "try again". Eventually, I escalated it to G2A support after 7 days (that is the minimum wait time for a claim which is ridiculous). After over 48 hours, they finally got back to me and requested that I provided a police report (for a 29$ purchase...) as well as proper documentation of a crime being reported (which is absolutely ridiculous). Naturally, I refused to provide a police report since no police department is going to chase after a 29$ scam case. This leads to them "looking into it" for another week before outright banning my account out of the blue with no communications. I checked Reddit and it turns out, many people have had the same issues with G2A regarding their protection of well-known scammers in the community instead of trying to work things out with the customers. They will ban you to attempt to "remove" all history of exchanges between you and the seller as well as their support. Luckily for me, I have all the conversations saved as proof so I can easily get my money back through a chargeback. I would highly encourage everyone to purchase something big from ************** and then issue a chargeback to bankrupt this scammer. I checked into their locations and they are based in ********* in a small rented office building, typical scammer location. Below are the Reddit link to this scammer (there are more posts if you search their name on Reddit):********************************************************************************************************************

Ordered what i thought was a 6 month PlayStation Plus Membership Subscription for $51.42 and never got what i paid for. Maid ample attempts to contact the seller on G2A and never got a response. Then proceeded to contact G2A customer support where as after 7 days has passed if there is no response from the seller to resolve the issue, then I file a claim for my purchase. I've messaged 3x on 3 different dates trying to contact support for a refund and have got no reply. This is a scam company facilitating criminal enterprises with stolen credit card and debit card information that is used to buy these video game key codes. Or they just tell give you a fake key and take your money and never respond to your messages. There are thousands of reviews of people complaining they have been scammed by G2A and the seller who i attempted to make my purchase with..the seller store goes by Ronesansmarktcom. Please help

G2A's sales practices appear to be in violation of Steam's terms of service, as they are selling Steam accounts rather than CD keys. Despite requesting a refund, G2A's customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful, providing only generic responses that do not address my concerns. Furthermore, the Steam account and associated email provided by G2A are non-functional. Additionally, G2A has placed a hold on my game purchase that they refuse to remove.
