    I purchased a Steam Account Key from ********************** for ***** Ring - Shadow of the Erdtree Edition. Originally, I was upset because I meant to buy a steam key, not an account key. The dispute was resolved and I attempted to activate the account about 1 month after purchase. When I attempted to access the account I payed for, the instructions with login information did not work. I contacted the seller ************************************* directly about this issue and neither is willing to refund me. In short, I payed 80 dollars for a product that I was never able to access through no fault of my own. I processed the payment through ******, and they are not able to help me reach a resolution either. I would accept Delivery of the product, Store Credit, or a Refund. Refund would probably be the most desirable resolution, as I no longer plan to purchase games from this website or seller.

    I have been trying to reach seller support from g2a platform, I have two canceled payout on my account.I don't know why they have been canceled, it is said that the payout amount would have been added to the current balance but it never happened.I am worried about my account and business as a seller within G2A platform as I cannot get in contact with the support team.I need your help to understand why I cannot withdraw my funds and why 2 payouts have been canceled without apparent reason.I trust in your professionalism and I kindly request to solve the situation for a fair and transparent treatment

    In August I attempted to buy a digital key, the site malfunctioned and went into a never ending load. To my shock it purchased the key 5 times. 2 payments went through. I managed to get refunded for one. But G2A is refusing to refund the second charge, but they also refuse to provide the key. Customer support has stopped acknowledging my support request, they are closing them without acknowledging the ticket. I disputed the charge with ****** and they sided with G2A despite never receiving any product.

    I made a purchase through ************************** on August 11 2024 for a video game called divinity 2 Original sin and I asked for a refund from the seller because the product wasn't what I thought it was. The seller said yes he would make me a refund and G2A said to wait 28 business days. It's been more than 28 business days and G2A hasn't enforced the refund even after the seller agreed to the refund he never paid.

    Hello I purchased a steam gift card from a seller on G2A and the card did not work, I contacted them regarding the card and they said the card does work. I showed proof it does not work but they would not budge, I contacted G2A ************** refused to help unless I contact a completely separate company regarding it.

    This company sells unlicensed and many times games or access to games that violates terms of service. They hide behind the claim they are just a platform and not the actual seller however they never hold their sellers liable for anything. Many items are VERY misleading and contain small print the average parent or person would not know. I purchased a one year ********* Xbox Game Pass subscription but what I ended up getting was a series of logins that had this access. It was useless for me. The details of this were not obvious until AFTER the money was paid. This company then gave me the usual response that I needed to negotiate with the seller. After maybe two questions the issue was closed and the seller never did anything but a prefilled response that no refunds are allowed. The whole site is just a huge scam for people that dont know ahead of this type of dishonest companies in the gaming and software world. They then hide behind the fact they are no longer in the ** and ********** rules. The seller quickly disappeared from the site also. My suspicion is this is what they do. Sell bogus items then just start a new account so they cannot be contacted or refunds created. Its just a ****** company and website and its all over the internet with complaints just like this.

    I went on their website to buy a game called riders republic and they sold me a hacked Chinese account that had the game on it instead of just selling me the game. This is highly illegal and now they are being jerks about giving me my money back.

    I bought a digital reward from a website called **************************. When I entered the email for the reward to go to I entered a email without the * on gmail. I never received funds. In small print at the bottom of the page it said if the wrong address is entered then it could be adjusted 30 days from that day. I contacted neocurrency over and over and they responded with the same answer to send them the address of the digital reward. I they responded twice in two months with no response just requesting the reward ID. I gave it to them and never have received a response I had to email them from two different emails and received one response on both emails saying the same thing even though I sent the reward address when I first contacted them and several times afterwards.

    A seller on G2A sold me a product - a Steam key - under the identical name of a product sold on the Steam platform for slightly below the sale price of that same item on Steam. The seller is ghosted me for a month before being unhelpful. G2A will do nothing because they claim that the base game and the two expansions delivered are listed in the fine print way down on the page. They have a reputation for always trying to find some technical excuse to not help their customers and protect bad sellers, but it had never happened to me before.The seller is clearly using false advertising to attempt to ******* money out of people who think they're buying the Steam product listed in the title. In the images you can clearly see:- The purchase price.- The three keys listed (it should have been either one for the whole Complete bundle, or six corresponding to the individual parts of said bundle).- My Steam activations with dates of the 3 codes given, which I assumed would contain all the expansions in the bundle as advertised, but you never know until you activate them.- The Steam page showing the actual identically-titled bundle with half of the products still missing.I am not requesting a full refund as the product was partially delivered. I would be perfectly happy with the amount required to purchase the remaining expansions on Steam ($27.97 as of this writing, or even just half of the purchase price). I simply want to get the full product that was listed for the price I paid.

In any case, you can still try to negotiate with the seller or ask for assistance, if you have any difficulties, as the final decision depends on him.But because of fraudulent activity I dont want to deal with ***** MERCHANTS. Told both the seller and G2A BBB WILL BE NOTIFIED I followed all protocols on retrieving, activation and did it twice no luck Now these are the words of G2A representative ************************ ( G2A Team )I've noticed that you already created a conversation M-UHRS-****** with the seller, which was the right move to make, as the seller is the one responsible for the digital items he's selling.I'm afraid, we can not issue a refund without the seller's consent, if he sold valid item which in fact matches the title, type and description.
