In March of 2024 BBB noticed a pattern of complaints from consumers alleging the following:

Consumers were signed up for auto shipments without their knowledge.
Consumers were charged more than the advertised price.
Consumers were charged for and sent more items than ordered.
Consumers had difficulty getting an RMA from the business to return unordered items.

BBB alerted the business of our concerns in March and April of 2024 and did not receive a response. BBB continues to receive the same type of complaints regarding the business.

    I ordered *********** as a one time trial. from Slim GL 21 out of Orlando ******* in December, 2023. I understand and accept that this charge is on me and paid it via my debit card. HOWEVER since then I have been fraudulently set up with unauthorized recurring , automatic gummie, Detiox and Cleanser shipments with 5 monthly charges ( January through May 2024) of $119.49 with return addresses from ********, ******* and *********, ******!. I have been unable to reach this company via phone # listed online! Please advise as to how I can CANCEL this unauthorized shipment and charge. I DO NOT want these gummies, am willing to mail back gummies and suffer cost of the shipping! PLEASE ADVISE.

    Ordered a one time trial of Speedy Keto + ACV. since then I have received 2 un-ordered and un-wanted shipments and my credit card has been billed for $119.00. I have tried to reach the company but their phone is not answered so I have had to cancel my credit card.

    Speedy Keto + ACV PO Box ***** *********, ** ***** ************ sent two packages to my home address of their products, multiple bottles of gummies and cleanser I did not order or subscribe to them. I just checked my emails to find this order and charges made to my home address to my surprise. I just called their toll free number at ************ to get a woman in ************** strong arm me into not disputing the charges with my credit card. If I do then they wont issue a refund!They are duping people and ripping off people by using intimidation that if I dispute with my credit card they were going to hang up on me and not discontinue the future orders and charges. This business is a scam and I am contacting Consumer Affairs and the ******* ************************ for false advertising, fraud and aggressive sales tactics.

    On Saturday, December 9th, 2023, I clicked on the ******** ad out of curiosity as I am a *************************** fan. I was taken to a page that I could not get out of that described getting 2 bottles for $59.99 (along with a single bottle or a deal for 3 bottles.) I clicked one more time trying to go back but was then presented with an offer for a cleanse supplement. I closed the ad (or attempted to) and was thanked for my purchase! No other info! I immediately called my credit card to start a dispute which still stands open. About 20 minutes later, I received an email thanking me for my order which I then responded to by saying I had NOT ordered and wished to cancel whatever had happened! My "order number" was E804DF63EF and was for a total of $219.84 and included the "cleanse" supplement! I received a response from ********************** on Monday December 11th stating that it was too late as the order had been shipped. They suggested I wait for the order to arrive and then contact them for refund instructions or they would give me a discount if I wished to keep it. I restated that I would be returning the order unopened as I never intended to place it. I received an email 24 hours later stating that my order had been shipped. After order arrived, I took pictures of the unopened package as instructed and sent it back (at $29 out of my pocket). Package was posted on January 2nd and through tracking number I confirmed that it arrived in ********* on January 5th. I contacted them again 1/25 to ask about refund status and they processed a $169.84 refund on the 26th. They informed me per the return policy (which I never saw) that I was being charged $10 per bottle for restocking and sanitation fee! THEY SENT ME 5 BOTTLES that I didn't order and didn't open!! At that time I informed them that I was taking this matter to the BBB and expected a full refund.

    I ordered Speedy Keto ACV and after further research determined the product was overpriced apple cider vinegar in pill form. When I received the product, I had been shipped 7 bottles instead of 2! When I checked my credit card statement, I wa charged $59.99 for the 2 bottles I ordered and a separate charge do $238.54 for bottles I didnt order.When I received the product and called and was told a full refund of $59.99 and $238.54 would returned to my credit card upon receipt of the returned product. The returned product was received by them on January 6 and as of today, January 20, I had not received my full refund. I called today and was given only $39.99 refund for the $59.99 purchase authorized and $188.34 for the $238.54 charge that was unauthorized. Their marketing states a full refund will be given. Twice I called and asked to speak to a supervisor/manager and was hung up on.This is the biggest scam ever!!! Please warn others and if there is anything you can do to get my full refund, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Claimed all natural ingredients. Buy one get one free. Money back guarantee. All not true. Ingredients include red dye, corn syrup, syrup, vegetable oil(not specific which kind). When I called to return and get my refund I was offered 20$ for $119 purchase. Which in the first place should have only been $85. They would not explain the extra money. Then they offered 25% back. Then 50%. But would not do the claimed money back guarantee. Then I was told my subscription was canceled, I did NOT purchase a subscription!

    I purchased the Speedy Keto+ACV product on November 29, 2023. It was meant to be a one-time purchase of this product. We never wanted a reoccurring order to be sent to us and to bill our bank card for this NOT requested order. We do not want this product to be sent to us ant any time in the future. The company has once again billed our bank card on January 3, ****. This order is not wanted and they should STOP billing our bank card. We want a credit to sent to our bank card for the amount billed...$198.78. The original order number was 72EDAC419D. Please help ** to get this company (Speedy Keto+ACV, PO Box *****, Las Vegas, ** *****) to stop billing our bank card for UNWANTED product.Thank you.***************************
