In March of 2024 BBB noticed a pattern of complaints from consumers alleging the following:

Consumers were signed up for auto shipments without their knowledge.
Consumers were charged more than the advertised price.
Consumers were charged for and sent more items than ordered.
Consumers had difficulty getting an RMA from the business to return unordered items.

BBB alerted the business of our concerns in March and April of 2024 and did not receive a response. BBB continues to receive the same type of complaints regarding the business.

    I tried online to order two bottles and the one free. It informed me my credit card was declined please try again. I DID NOT try again and within an hour I received an email saying my order for 5 bottles at $198.78 was processed. I immediately called and was told its too late to cancel. Call when I receive it and I can return it (at my cost of course). I did and shipped it back for $15. I was credited $148.78. I called and they said the site would have told me there was a restocking fee of $50! I never saw info as I never saw an order go through and certainly not for 5 bottles. On that phone call I was credited another $25. Still I lost money, time and aggravation on something I never ordered. Scam of a company. I will never trust them or *************************** on anything.

    I did not consent to more than one purchase of their product in May 2023. My first bottles were not sealed the adhesive did not hold. The print on the container is so small an blurry even with a magnifying glass unreadable as to directions and doseage.In July 2 more bottles were shipped to my address, just recently Aug 6th 2023 two more bottles came to my address.The Fast Start Keto company sent me a threatening e-mail stating my Blank considered the purchase on my **** a fraud and I needed to correct the problem or they were turning this account over to a collection agency. I have impeccable credit and feel they are targeting me (except the first bottle) for additional bottles something I didn't order and do not want.

    I have the exact same complaint as others on this site. I believed to be purchasing one bottle of Keto Gummies and was shocked to see 2 charges on my debit card. 1 charge was for $198.78 and the 2nd was for $59.99. I attempted to email an order cancellation within one hour of the charges but never received a response. I called the phone # two days later and was told that the order was being processed and that Id have to return the product once it arrives. I promptly returned the product to a PO Box in ********* & the return should have been received on June 5th. The customer support line says that have no contact with the warehouse (********* PO Box) to verify if my return has been received. I too was scammed out of $258 like others. Ive called the help center at least 5 times. The social media links in email order confirmations are false links.

    Back on 5/24/2023 I purchased the gummies. The offer was buy one get one. When my card was charged $119.49 instead of the $59.00 offer. I put web site in favorites but when I realized the over charge I when back into my favorites to see the web page was a service error. Nice I could not contact the company to complain about the over charge I could not cancel the future orders either. Now I get another of $119.49 to my card. I don't want any further orders and want to be reimbursed for all previous charges.

    We list this cheaper product price on our packages not to mislead, but to show the savings customers can have by purchasing the larger packages. We do provide the total price for each package right under the offers to avoid any confusion.

    Unfortunately, we can no longer process any refund on your account since you already filed a dispute with your bank. The reason we cannot process a refund is that you have already requested one with them. Meaning that they already gave you or are going to give you the amount disputed. The best resolution is to coordinate with your bank regarding this matter.

    I am rejecting this response because I did not dispute the charge with my bank,  I contacted Fast Start Keto to cancel my account, requested a full refund for the second shipment and asked for an email shipping label to return the product.  The customer service person made a counter offer, suggesting I pay $70 and keep the product.  I declined and again, requested cancellation, a full refund and an email shipping label to return the product.  The customer service person did not give me a reference number for my request and has not yet emailed a shipping label.  

    I accept the cancellation of the account but I want a refund for the second shipment that I did not order and was shipped without my knowledge of renewal.   I ordered the product from a ******** ad and never received email confirmation of the order or the renewal terms.

    On 6/2/23, through an ad on ******** I bought a bottle of Keto Pure and a free one for the price of $39.99. That same day I received an email that: Your order (CC5738CD22) has recently shipped. The tracking # is **********************. I received not two bottles but five and charged me $198.78. I started a claim with my bank but and because I had received the product, the claim didn't proceed. I made multiple calls but they hung up on me. I had to make a three-way call for the bank representative to confirm that the claim didn't proceed. The instructions to "reject" the product is to go to the **** (they gave me a reference code) and report the rejection. The clerk at the post office informed me that if I reject the product, since Keto Pure has not paid for the return, what they (****) do is throw the package in the trash can. I call Keto ********************* and they tell me that this is how the return is made, and I inform them that they are not going to know more than the ************** and that's when **** from ***************** hangs up. On June 28, they told me they would make a partial refund of $99.39 to my card, but due to an error it didn't proceed and "send me " an e-check which I will receive via email between 7 to 10 business days. Since I want to return the product, they gave me a PO Box address. Fearing this is a scam, I googled the address: PO Box *****, Las Vegas, ****** ***** and it appears that this address belongs to ***** Family Wine. I call **************** again and explain the situation to ******; she puts the call on hold several times and told me that this is the address to send the package. My fear is that by sending the package to that address and they do not receive it, I will not be able to recover my $198.78. I am a 72 year old woman whose income is from social security benefits and losing almost $200 was not in my plans. I have the package unopened, just want to return it without paying shipment and get my money back. Help me!
