    Because you cannot give zero stars. I ordered a pet bed for my senior, arthritic dog. I needed it for the house where we were staying over Christmas. It was supposed to arrive by December 11th. I received one lying email after another showing me the progress of my shipment. It never arrived. We left the house. Still hasn't arrived. Last month, I was finally told they would issue a refund. Since then, they have stopped responding to me. They are liars, cheats and scam artists. Use another vendor.

    Do not order from them. When will I learn to check BBB first! Ordered 2 dog beds (they were cheap and now I know why). 1 item was incorrect. They did replace it with the same incorrect item. Unable to return any of them due to stall tactics, endless email back and forth with various responses. In the end I cut my losses and accepted a 20% refund. Donated them to an animal shelter and bought a quality dog bed at double my initial cost from ********.

    Same issue as others. They offered a 20% refund, then a 40% refund to keep the product and I said no. It’s been close to a month and will not not process refund, instead emails with no instructions or address to return. Qualify of product is very poor. Was shipped from China which looks like they don’t have e a company in the USA to return the product to.

    This company is terrible and their customer service is trash. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I ordered a mattress cover for a full size, and it arrived after 2 weeks, with little to no information on shipping times and tracking. It finally arrived and it was way too small. I sent them detailed information, initially asking for an exchange. After a week of emailing them for an update every other day, I gave up and asked them for a refund. First they offered me a 20% refund and to keep the item. I told them I didn’t want the item because it doesn’t fit. They emailed me again saying that they all of a sudden don’t do returns unless it’s a quality issue and if I still wanted to return it I’d have to pay for shipping. I don’t know how a supposed full size mattress cover not fitting a full sized mattress ISN’T a quality issue, but I filed a dispute with my CC company, so hopefully I’ll be able to get 100% of my money back, not 20 or 40 %…

    Extremely disappointed. I ordered a set from this company and it was the wrong set. I reached out to them to make this right by sending me the new set and they never offered to do that. Only option that was offered was a percentage off the product. This has been going on for 2 months now and still has not been resolved. Highly recommend staying away from this company.

    Extremely disappointed. I ordered products from this company. The products are not the quality that was described or shown in the pictures online. Furthermore, the company provides no clear return process. There is no number to call for customer support. They only provide an email address which I have sent multiple emails to and not received any response. I have emailed them multiple times requesting return and have not received a response. Extremely disappointed and concerned that I am out of $250 and have products that are of poor quality and not as described. I do not recommend doing any business with this company.

    I have never been so disappointed with myself that I didn’t check BBB before purchasing my couch covers. The customer service replies with illogical requests and then just ignores your request to return money. They have no phone listed for a reason. They ship Chinese quality products, all messed up and wrinkled, but if you ask to return your money, they just ignore your request. They have 30 days return “policy” posted which they don’t honor. So, it’s a false advertisement.

    I AM FOR A CLASS ACTION SUIT FOR YHIS COMPANY. THUS IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY. I received a M size donut bed but it is too small. For 10 days now I have tried to return the bed but they do not respond. The second Large donut bed I ordered has not been delivered even though they give me a date and time of delivery. We should start a class action suit for FUNNY FUZZY. Desperate customer
