    I purchased a set of bras from this company. When I asked for their address so I could return them they offered me 8$ because I would have to return them back to China and the cost would be more than what I paid for the items. I have contacted my credit card company for help but wanted to report this company just because. I have a feeling they are scamming people. They sell you subpar merchandise and then make it very difficult and expensive to return it. My credit card was charged by a company that is in NY, not China. They only give you 30 days to return and then take their time asking why you want to return it and offering small refunds.

    I return 3 pairs of sandles: red, black, white. They received them on Monday 5-15-2023. I've called many times, spoke with Alex and Samuel but I have mostly spoken to Samuel alot about this problem and the last time that I spoke to Samuel on the phone he asked me to send the paper from my bank. Which I did the same paper that I'm sending you guys nowhere on there? Does it show a credit of $93.98 May 19th and the 20th. That if I got the money I wouldn't continue to call to try to still get my money. Anyways with that being said he says mama have a nice day and Samuel hung up on me so that's why I have reached out to the Better Business Bureau because I didn't get my money. They got three pairs of shoes back and I have nothing.... When I returned the shoes I returned them to this address below? That's the address that I was told to return them to.

    I purchased two pair of shoes on 4/3/2023 for $81.98. The shoes didn't fit so I have contacted the SURSELL company four times (4/14, 4/22, 4/28, & 5/1/2023) at the phone number on my statement. Each phone contact I was placed on hold, then asked to leave my phone number for a return call which I have not received. Ther ws no invoice in the package or return instructions so I found the site online that stated i need to complete a return form. There was no form at the online site but a phone number of ###-###-#### form which I have not received a return call.

    I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Sursell. The shoes arrived, but didn't fit. the quality was horrible too. Their website said you can return within 30 days for a refund, but what they didn't say is you have to return them to China. The company said shipping would be $60 and therefore offered a settlement of $8. I refused since that was ridiculous. After doing some research about this company, my experience is pretty typical. This company should be shut down.
