01/21/25, ordered pair of heated gloves. Watching the tracking information provided where they keep changing the destination in my State to different supposed regional USPS distribution centers, going from one end of the State to the other, then back again. Something stinks, especially since they showed that the gloves were w/in 7 miles of my house at the local USPS office, now today they are 200 miles away!Review from Deb B

I bought shoes that were purported the most comfortable shoe ever. There was not. So I reached out to the seller for return options. They offered a $18 refund if I would keep them. I emailed back I wasn't interested because they were still uncomfortable. Then I'm informed I have to return them to China, even though the shoes were shipped from Georgia. Also said the return process should be clearly made known prior to purchase. I shipped the shoes to NY; just awaiting results.Review from Robin R

The shoes are cheap and not as described. Also company is actually in China (surprise, not) and does not work with you for refunds when shoes do not fit. Mine were too small in spite of ordering larger size.Review from Saleem N

The American Eagle silver coins are counterfeit. I am fighting them through ****** as we speak. The coins are copper with silver or some other silver non-ferrous cladding that is not attracted to a magnet. After reading about this scam company I decided to scrape into the coins and I found copper underneath the silver cladding. They want me to send the coins to China at a cost of at least $80 to me even though the coins were sent from NY to me. This is a scam and I reported them to ******, sent pics proving the coins are fake and have reported them to the US Treasury Service but have heard nothing. No one seems to care they ripping people off. There are several sites selling the same fake American Eagle Silver coins and I wonder if they are all the same company. I bought some through another company with two different names which they marketed as Legacy-coin and now I see they are called ****** which is what they used when they charged my account. I did settle with them for a slightly reduced refund and they said just keep the coins with the only reason that could be is they have little or no value.Review from Judith P

Never again will I be scammed by Sursell. Bought 3 pairs of shoes - very poor quality - not as described & didn’t fit. After many telephone conversations with their USA customer service, also complaining about there being no disclosure that my return at my cost would go to China at $80.+. I checked the return address in China at least 3 times on the phone. with their customer service. Today the shoes were returned to me- the UNOPENED package had “RETURN TO SENDER” on it. Yep, I’ve been scammed. Don’t deal with Sursell in any way.Review from Barbara D

Not consumer friendly at all. In order to obtain a refund, I was told to return the product (a bra) to China which would have cost me more than twice as much as the product itself. Needless to say, I'm not mailing the product back!! Wish I had read on-line reviews before ordering from this company.Review from Dawn R

What a bait and switch. The shoes weren't suede they were plastic. They didn't fit email regarding a returning and was told it would cost $60-80 in shipping to return.Review from Jeanne C

I bought theses shoes because they claimed a 30 day guarantee. The shoes are not “comfy” nor “orthotic” and when I emailed about a refund, I was given an address in China to return them. This is a major scam!Review from Susan N

Sursell aka Libiyi women comfy orthotic sandals! The merchandise is of the cheap-paper thin poorly made shoes with no support! They have a 30 day return policy so when contact to return the shoes ($44.99 + $10.99 shipping) they only wanted to refund back $10. They said per email reply shoes would have return to a China address. Back and forth with emails refusing to give the US address to shipped them to for refund. It is a scam to keep the money. I have all my e-mails! *******
