I had a deeply troubling incident that happened to me on 12/7/24 at City Parking, located at **************************************************, around 11:00 PM. This experience left me feeling humiliated, unsafe, and emotionally distressed, and I believe legal action may be necessary to address what occurred. Here is what happened: I had made a prepaid reservation through ******** to park at City Parking for an event. When I arrived, the attendant refused to take my car, claiming there were no spots. Despite showing my reservation confirmation, he rudely dismissed me without offering any resolution. Not only was I being discriminated against because of my race, I was also assaulted! When I asked for the attendants name so I could report what was happening, he refused to tell me. When I began recording on my phone to document the situation, he turned and struck my wrist. This was shocking, aggressive, and completely unprovoked. A bystander even stepped in to ensure I was okay. As a result of this incident, I was unable to park and had to find another spot, causing me to arrive at my event over two hours late. The entire experience left me feeling embarrassed, violated, and emotionally drained, especially because this happened in front of several other people. I also had a police report filled. DO NOT PARK HERE.

Parking attendant at City Parking located at ***************** told me not to come back to their parking lot because I have too many kids and I take too long and its busy. This parking lot have a parking contract with ******************* for ***************** to park there on appointment days and I am one of them. Do you know how bad I feel for a worker at this parking lot to tell me not to return and said he don't care if I inform the hospital about how he treated me. Shame on this parking lot, they need to train their staff especially when they have contracts with children hospitals

While we were in the city we parked our car at ************************************ The parking is under City Parking. There is scam from the beginning. The person in the booth demanded a 20 dollar payment before parking and indicated it will be subtracted from the total. This never happened because when we went back to get the car the attendant was different and had no knowledge of the 20 dollar payment and we paid 46 dollars in addition for 2 hour stay. In addition the attendant spoke little or no English which made the experience even more stressful. Dont recommend this place and NEVER PAY an advancement .

City Parking runs a scam. I reserved and paid for a spot and was issued an electronic ticket. I made the reservation while in ******. The ticket reflected the correct arrival time for the ** time zone. When I traveled to **, the time on the pass automatically changed to four hours later than the time I'd booked. I noticed the change, set my phone to ****** time, ie., the time zone I was in when the reservation was booked. This adjusted the time on the ticket back to the correct ** time. In addition, I attempted to call the company to avoid any problems. I left a message, but no one called me back. Links on the website to help, as well as other links, lead to blank pages. I arrived as scheduled, showed them my pass, and parked. When I returned, they claimed that I had arrived four hours earlier than my reservation and demanded additional money over what I'd paid in advance. Again, I showed them the ticket showing that I had arrived as scheduled. They would not return the car unless I paid the extra money, claiming that the longer I hesitated, the more it would cost. They advised me to call the same customer service number that no one answers or returns calls. I paid the extra money under duress. Later I read reviews that rated this company extremely poorly. I regret I did not read them in advance. Avoid this company!

They took advantage of people waiting in a long line that they created. We were in line from 11:45 until after midnight and they still charged us the post-midnight rate. They were unhelpful, unapologetic, and poorly managed. Would not recommend them.

I parked at the **************** garage under City parking LLC. They damaged my car and now they are playing games to include phone numbers with voicemail boxes that are not set up yet and people blowing me off and denying that the damaged my car. Seems like a shady company. Typical *************... Most people don't care about anything and are lazy and ignorant. City full of scam artists, criminals and shady people. Unfortunate and sad....

They damaged my 2022 SUV and the antenna was torn off and the roof dented and scratched. I filed a claim and they directed me to get 2 estimates, which I did. There was $7000 worth of damage. Back and forth contact via email. Delays between responses. Finally they told me they denied my claim as the ticket states customers should inspect their cars upon picking up their cars. I did check for dings and scratches, but who looks for a destroyed antenna. I brought the car back as soon as I realized something was wrong as my radio became staticky. Please dont park your car here. I hope they go out of business for being a company that lacks integrity!

This business is fraudulent and deceptive. They will charge you 3x what they quote you and then not rectify the bill

********************. DO NOT PARK HERE. Worst Garage and worst customer service I have ever experienced. I commute to and from work via my car. On at least 3 occasions, I went to pick up my car in morning before work and the car lift/elevator was broken. Therefore, they could not get me my car. The car attendant assured me that the garage company would pay for my Ubers, so I Ubered and then sent them my receipt (on 3 separate occasions). They never got back to me. Even spoke to someone on the phone after calling several times and they gave me an email to send my receipts to. I did so and they never returned my emails. In the end, I paid several hundred dollars per month to park there, and another couple hundred dollars on Ubers, which I was never refunded for. There are so many options in terms of where to park in ***. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR IN THIS GARAGE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

The absolute worst. Damaged my car, are playing games to not pay it including providing non-working phone numbers and witholding the claims report and insurance company. Staff is scared of the manager and advised me "he's a bad guy". They've lost the keys to my car, dented it, treated it like garbage. They told me I owed 4 months back dues, and I couldnt take my car and would have to pay or call the police.... Turns out they were wrong - which was provable since I used my **************** to pay and have the app on my phone. SHAME ON THESE CROOKS!
