My new car has a collision detection system that sends me notifications. I am a monthly customer in a ********************** and have automatic billing so my payments are made on time. I received a notification that my car had a collision with photographs from various camera angles. The car was parked in the garage that i have a monthly space in. You can clearly see the garage and the car that hit me. I went to the garage and took photos and alerted the manager. He saw the damage and created a claim, gave me a number and who to contact. I sent the claim number with photos. I got no response for weeks. I called and left viice messages and emailed consistently. They asked for my claim number again. They asked for the car VIN number. I sent everything again. Another 2 weeks go by and they denied the claim! I have photos, the manager was shown the damage and created the claim and after 8 weeks they chose to deny it!?

I parked my car on dec 24th at there parking lot. When I arrived to pick the car up my rear bumper had been scratched up in two spots. The scratches are so deep it needs to be repainted. There answer was it was there its old.they were also very rude and would not let me talk to a manager. I was forced to wait an hour in the cold to wait for what they called a manager. I told them to check the cameras as I know 100% the car was flawless when arrived. It was in my house garage prior to parking at there lot and have cameras as well that show no scratches. They made me fill a claims report and said someone will contact you. I have not got any call or email. I emailed them 3 times and no response. When calling the lot Im told to email the email provided that I did. The damages were estimated at $600 from a body shop. Please help as to getting a response from them and payment for my damages. Thank you.

On 12/19/24 I prepaid for parking garage at this businesss ************* location and left my key with the attendant. When I returned 3 hours later, they said they had lost the car key. They refused to help or compensate me for needing to purchase a new key or refund my parking fee. I was forced to wait in the garage for 2 hours with my 3-year-old daughter waiting for my spouse to travel and bring a spare key. The employees were extremely disrespectful and refused to pay a single dollar for their recklessness in losing my property (key)

At this time, I have been contacted directly by City Parking regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

After many efforts to contact City Parking, the business finally responded.  City Parking stated that they would send me a check for the cost to replace the car keys they lost, but more than two weeks later, we have not received any check and City Parking has not responded to multiple inquiries about the status of the check.  City Parking has not followed through with any compensation to me.

On 9/19/24 I left my house in ******, ** to see a concert in ***. I drove straight to *************** (Truffles Garage) and parked my car. I had a reservation to park here through ********. When we got there a girl came running down saying there were 2 cars head to head and neither would move and they needed help. One was coming in and the other could not get out because they had cars parked along the side blocking the exit. We later heard people say you could have paid $20 extra to park there so you could get your car out easier. We left our car and went to the show. We came back and about 30 plus people were waiting for their car. They had one person working behind the window and one person getting the cars. Customers started getting frustrated and angry, yelling, especially because it was late. The employee also said the lifts were not working to get cars down. I had to end up getting my car myself, along with other customers, luckily it was on the bottom. I later realized the antenna was missing from my car. Please see all of the attached evidence, including a video picture of my car leaving my house on 9/19/24 with the antenna on my car and later coming back to my house with the antenna missing. I originally emailed ******** to complain about our bad experience. I then emailed with them again to tell them about my antenna. They told me the operator of the garage is City Parking and I could call the number they supplied to file a claim. I called numerous times and no one answered. I then got through on 10/22/24. I spoke to *****, the Manager, I told him what happened. He said I had to come in to file a claim. I said I lived 2 hours away, could the claim be emailed or faxed to me. He said, No, I had to be there, that he was busy and hung up on me. I had the antenna replaced on my car and I would like to be reimbursed by City Parking for the full amount of $326.48. Though I think I should be reimbursed for more for my big inconvenience.

Parking garage damaged my car. They have been supposedly conducting an investigation for over two weeks and have provided no updates. This is clearly a sham investigation to run out the clock on an insurance claim.

We reserved parking via City Parking's website ******************************************************************** for Saturday, July 27, 2024 for the *************** v. AC Milan game at **************. When we arrived at the parking garage, it was closed and we had to find and pay for other parking. (It wasn't closed because it was full; it was closed with no cars in it. There was no one at the garage to speak with, but we spoke with police directing traffic outside it and they confirmed the garage was not open that day). We emailed City Parking on July 29, 2024 and August 3, 2024 requesting a refund, but it hasn't refunded us or acknowledged our emails. The email address we used was the customer service email address provided on the ticket/receipt.

Date of transaction was booked on Aug 13, 2024 at 8:17 am for parking dates Aug *****th, 2024. Total cost was around $80 USD. Business committed to safe and trustworthy parking, however my windows were left down, keys were left inside car and unlocked and they damaged my car. My car now has a scratch with paint from the walls of parking garage stuck to it. Business would not try to solve issue and would not let us see camera footage or the parking space of where the scratch occurred. Business denyed saying it was impossible for that to happen when the paint from their walls was on my car and it had a big scratch. Rental id - ********

Thank you for reaching out to LAZ Parking.

Based on the pictures provided and the location -- ************** is not a LAZ Parking location and we have no affiliation with City Parking. If you are looking for reimbursement for a claim that occurred in their garage you would need to get in touch with their company.

City Parking illegally charged me the wrong tax rate for 20 months. I am a full time ********* resident, have a valid ******** City parking tax exemption and they incorrectly charged me a ******% tax rate vs. the ******% that should be applied. I am now due $1,007.90. They only adjusted the rate this month when I complained again. Attaching proof that they were charging me with the wrong rate for 20 months as well as the adjustment that occurred this month. Thanks.

I picked up my car from ********* Fleet Pl on June 13th 2024. I saw dents on the car and notified the manager straight away. I took pictures of the damage at this time. The manager told me her would deal with it next week. I asked him the following week what would be done and he gave me the brush off again, saying he was busy and talk to him next week. I did and he gave me a claim slip and told me to **** the company. I did providing all the information I could think of including the pictures. They emailed me back on Aug 12th after I had followed up with two emails after my first email way back at the begging of July. They said it was being reviewed and yesturday I received an email saying my claim had been denied. Giving no data so prove why, but did mention the manager had said that they did not do it. But at the time I first showed hi, he lead to believe I would claim and that the comany would cover the damage. I believe my claim number is #*******

I lost two rings - total value of $30k - at this garage, ***********************************July 24, 2024, on route to parking garage at *****************, my husband was driving, and I sat on the front passenger seat. I took my rings off my hands, put them on my lap, lotioned my hands and forgot about them. Once arrived at the garage, we got out of the car, turned the key and car to an attendant for valet parking as instructed, and walked away. Later, while on the street, I realized I didn't have the rings on my hands, or anywhere with me. Imagine the panic attck that hit me.We rushed back to the garage but couldn't find the rings in the car, or the garage. We also checked with the attendants to see if they found them or if someone has turned them in. They said no and did not wish to engage in further coversation. We asked about cameras, one attendant who was referred to as the boss by the others said there was none inside. I believe the rings fell from my lap to the car floor and someone took them from there. P.S. #1 We check a photo we took before leaving the car which has good view of the passenger side, and did not see anything on the floor. The rings would have shown up on the photo if they fell on the floor, since one is made of a 2 carat green emerald ****** gold and diamonds, the other is gold and green jade, both bright in colors, easy to spot.P.S. #2 We've also taken our car to a car garage for a thorough search, including removing the seat, but they were not there. It is heart breaking. One of the rings was from my mother before she passed away a few years ago and it is pricessless to me. The loss of her ring has brought back the pain of losing her.I pray that the thief/thieves got the consequence they deserve.I couldn't fit the entire complaint in this space, so please see the rest of complaint on attached document.
