    I've had several issues with City Parking. first, I was charged twice at one of their facilities in November 2021 and attempted to contact them to cancel my reservation with no response. I contacted them through their only source of contact at their email and they never responded. Secondly, I booked a reservation on 4/5/22 at a SOHO location but their app never actually registered a booking but I was charged. At the time of getting my car they told me I had to pay again, even though I showed them the charge, and then email to get a refund. Once again, I attempted contact by the email several times with no response from the company. I called the facility and they are of no help in contacting the company to get the refund. This company is corrupt and cheats their customers.

    I dropped off my car there on Monday 4/11/2022 at appx. 11:40. Upon my return at appx. 13:30 , after paying for my parking fee of $33, my car was brought back up to me with damage along both passenger doors. There was no manager to contact or help resolve the situation. The police was called on me and the attendant wouldn't even file a claim until the police arrived. I have been trying to reach the manager named ***** for which i was given contact info. He as not returned my call. I called ***************** and they also haven't returned my calls.

    Over a month ago, 2/7/22, my vehicle was parked by an employee at the garage and damage was made to my car (wheel) rim. I was issued an Accident Report and ********** contact number. I have made numerous attempts over the past month, by email and phone, but there is never been a reply or anyone to answer the call. The call has to be transferred to a voice mail which is always full and not accepting calls, I contacted a salesperson for the company, ******, on March 1st and was told to forward an email to the sales **** ********************************** and that email would be forwarded by them to the supervisor of the claims ****. I was told I could be expected to hear back in 48 hours of the forwarded email. To date I haven't heard from anyone and nothing has changed regarding subsequent emails or calls.

    Better Business Bureau:

    At this time, I have not been contacted by City Parking regarding complaint ID ********.  Is there some other agency that I could contact to assist in such an issue?  This is a known business and I think it is their attitudethat they can just ignore requests to address their actions regarding the blatant damagecaused to my vehicle by not responding.
