I would like to humbly request that you personally look into this fraudulent auto loan that was opened in the amount of $14,305.00 on my behalf, *************************** and please ***** me justice by closing this account. The fraudulent incident took place on Thursday, February 3, 2022. I went to ****************, located: ******************************************************************* to purchase the *** X5 that was listed on the ******** Marketplace for $42,398 I was told by named ******************************* that Cash price for the vehicle is $50,000, even though the vehicle was listed online for $42,398. He stated that the costs of $7,602 are dealership fees, therefore the vehicle price is $50,000. This is the beginning of a series of misleading incidents that took place by these unethical dealerships. I agreed to buy the car for that price for Cash since I liked the car, so I placed the total money on the table. They told me that regardless a credit report is required as standard procedure and I would need to do an identity interview which I did since I am on identity theft alert and have a freeze on my account. The salesman informed me that payments need to be made at another affiliate dealership at South Shore Mitsubishi, located: *************************************************************************** reaching South Shore Mitsubishi, I was told to sign electronically for final sale. I requested the hard copy of what I was signed; I was sent to another room to make the Cash payment, *************** disappeared without giving me a copy. I requested the papers, I was told it would be emailed to me within 24 hours. To this day, I haven't received any email of what they made me sign electronically. I was not aware that they fraudulently opened an auto loan account until I received a text message from ***************** I got suspicious since I wasn't given any papers, I followed the text message to log in the account. To my shock, I realized that an auto loan in my name was fraudulently opened for $14,305.
