I ordered flowers that I thought was a local spot. Received an email confirmation then shortly after received a cancellation email saying the delivery is unable to be made and a refund will be given. I waited a few days no refund. Sent an email stating no refund was applied and received an email they were working on it. Waited another week and now after 13 days still no refund. Sent another email asking for a status no reply. This scam company needs to be shut down.Business response

I ordered flowers on 1/10/2025 and Starluck Flowers took payment of $75.17 then cancelled my order! Ive been emailing and have even called and have still not received a refund! When I called I was told that the refund was released on 1/12/2025 but that obviously was another lie because it is now 2/15/2025 and I have still not gotten it! My order #****** and ******** ***** customer service manager is the one who keeps giving me the run around saying shes taking care of it right now but again thats another lie! The refund policy says takes up to 10 business days but its been way more than that! Id really like my money back!Business response

My husband ***** ****** ordered flowers this morning then did not receive a tracking number. He then looked up reviews of everywhere saying it was a scam. Then trying to contact the business after the order was placed is horrific they just pass you around and keep telling me they cant find the order and one person said they cancelled it and sent a confirmation email but never did. We are fighting with the bank to try and get it disputed but we just want our money back and for this business to get shut down!Business response

Transaction date 12/20/2024 I Placed [Order #******] for a Red and White Delight flower arrangement $39.99 Service fee: $9.99 Tax: $3.46 The dollar value is $53.44 I Cancelled the order the same day, 12/20/2024 Received an email on 12/20/2024 saying the order had been cancelled and $53.44 has been refunded to my ********** bank account was charged $53.44 on 12/23/2024 I have never received a refund in my account.I have called ************** about 4 times and every time they give me the run around and finally somebody will tell me they have it taken care of and I will receive a refund. Dec 25, 2024, I tried ordering a winter blooms center piece on line for my sister that was dying of cancer, she since passed Jan. 12, 2025. Not long after the order was placed I received an e- mail telling me the local florist was unable to deliver & they are refunding my money that it would take 2 to 3 business days depending on my banks policies. The order was subsequently cancelled on December 25, 2024 and a full refund was initiated.
However, we have been notified by the bank that the refund has been declined.

Its been 14 days now, no refund and I keep getting the run around from them. I was helping my 13 year old son use his own money to purchase flowers for his girlfriend on Valentines.Customer response

I ordered floral items from Starluck Flowers on 12/26/2024. I received an email from them shortly after I made my order saying that the order had been cancelled because the florist in the area was unable to make the delivery. They claimed that a refund had been issued back to my credit card and it would be within 2 business days. On 01/03/2025, I emailed them back saying that I had not received my refund yet. I received a response from them telling me that they were taking care of this right away. After several back and forth emails, I still have not received my refund. This place is a scam and should be put out of business.Business response

This company has misrepresented itself as a flower shop local or near your delivery spot. It is not in your location and is a third party firm working with local companies. It said it could meet my need so I stopped looking for help with my floral delivery. They told me hours later after the service that they couldn't deliver it....only after I called them.I reportedly recvd money back---so no money lost.Business response
