I hope you are well. On November 15, 2024, I visited Nissan Garden **************, with my wife and daughter to purchase a Nissan 2023 Rogue SV. The car was listed on their website for $22,995, advertised as Certified Pre-Owned with ****** 1 Owner, and labeled "Great Value." At the dealership, we were shown paperwork reflecting a price of $22,995, plus dealer prep fees ($1,800-$1,900) and transportation fees ($1,800-$1,900), totaling over $26,000.When I requested a discount, the sales manager assured me that sales tax and DMV fees were part of the total price. After agreeing to the deal, we moved to the finance office, where the finance manager, ***** **********, confirmed the interest rate (9.19%) and reiterated the price as $26,000+, offering a $500 discount. During the signing process, I noticed a discrepancy between the amounts listed in various sections of the contract, with one showing $25,000+ and another showing $29,000+. ***** explained this as a bank approval issue and reassured us the amount was still $26,000+, which we signed for, along with a $3,600 down payment. The following day, I noticed an additional $3,000 charge labeled as Certified Pre-Owned certification, which I was not informed of. I contacted *****, who claimed the charge was for certification, despite the car being advertised as Certified Pre-Owned at no additional cost. Additionally, on November 27, I found discrepancies with the cars VIN and temporary registration. The finance manager issued a corrected registration but did not acknowledge the mistake. When I requested a breakdown of the $29,329.98 total, the finance manager gave me fake documents, adding new charges like "Total Loss Protection" and *************** which were never discussed.I request that Nissan Garden City refund the $3,000 certification charge, transportation fees, and any additional unfair charges.

I purchased a car through this dealership they gave me several pieces of paper to sign however, not realizing they never gave me an actual lease agreement when I called up the customer service number to question the $695 acquisition fee. It came to light that they never even gave me . Nissan customer service emailed me a copy of the lease agreement upon scrolling through it on my phone. I realize page 505. Someone had forged my signature on the actual lease agreement that they never gave me after multiple attempts to try to rectify this because it is criminal what they did, Ive been waiting for days. **************** said they were sending out a fraud pack for me to fill out. Spoke to a representative ******, who put me on with a man ******* and yet after a week, I still have not received anything in the mail, call Nissan consumer affairs , and still getting the runaround. It is criminal what they did and very unjust. At this point, I dont wanna deal with this dealership anymore due to the point of them thinking its OK not to put a lease agreement for customer to Read and then forged their name.

Firstly, I leased a 2020 Nissan Sentra from an independent lease broker who brokered the deal with Nissan of Garden City. Literally from a month after having the car until now (August 2022) I have received tons of emails, texts, phone calls and actual letters asking my to either sell my brand new car back to them or to lease another vehicle. It's so constant that I had to block Nissans number... I have unsubscribed from text and emails and I still receive them. I can see now why they have such a poor rating. I will NEVER lease or buy another car from Nissan due to this constant badgering... And that's a shame because they make decent cars.

I came in on January 31st to trade in a vehicle. I explained to my sales representative **** and the finance manager ****** that the VEHICLE WAS NOT UNDER MY NAME! I asked if it was possible to TRADE in the vehicle but place the vehicle under my name and over the phone and in person the answer was YES! They promised to pay the last 3 payments on my lease (which was done) and pay the first 2 payments of my vehicle (which was NOT done). I explained I went over my mileage and I was looking for a way to have that included because I knew it would be a lot of money. EVERYTHING will be included and taken care of. I went to the dealership pregnant and with 2 small children and I was fully taken advantage of. The miles from the other vehicle WERE NOT included in my new vehicle because THAT VEHICLE WAS NOT UNDER MY NAME. Something I brought up to them from the beginning. I received an email stating my payment to my old lease was due May 23 and that is when I noticed the previous lease was not closed. I had to call over 5 times to even get my account closed. It was not until I began emailing on April 10. I received a phone call from the general manager *** on April 11th and he was finally able to close the account. Once they closed the account, I received a bill for $2,159.90 due in 4 days. I contacted *** to go over this bill and because the paper I signed did not include any mileage he basically told me sorry not sorry. Nothing they can do! I asked for a number to file a complaint and he provided me with the consumer affairs number but check this out, IT WAS FOR PARTS! I called back and went through the customer service line and they advised me my complaint will go to any of the managers their which are ********************. I laughed and realized this is why this is not going to go anywhere but I waited. She passed me along to CHASE and when I said I need to file a complaint he huffed and puffed and said regarding WHAT! I hung up. DO NOT COME HERE!

On 1/28/23 I went to the Nissan of Garden City to discuss giving back my leased Altima Nissan, which was due to return on 2/14/23 and lease another one. I worked with sales person, ***************** and told him I wanted to lease another Altima in black, with black interior, plus everything already had inside on my current lease. He told me they had no black cars on the lot right now, but were receiving a new shipment on 1/30/23. He asked for a check for $250 and I signed a form "subject to purchase."The called dealership 1/30/23 and ****** told me my car was not in this shipment, but they would be getting another shipment soon. I called on 2/6/23, still no car. On 2/8/23 Zephyr called and send my car was in and could I come now, which I could'nt but came the next day. On 2/9/23, I met with ******, went for a test ride, which the first thing I noticed, I did not have electric seats, I questioned him about it and he said nonchalantly, this car has no electric seats. I should have send something but I assumed Nissan Altima did not come with electric seats anymore. We then worked on the lease and after several times going back and forth between ****** and his manager *******************************, we settled on $315 with $4000 down, which with all said and done actually came to $6705.46. I went to finance and signed all the paperwork, with a person who explained nothing. After that they had young kid show me all at the new things in the car, they're only 2. I told him I always seemed to have problems with my CarPlay in my other car, the map didn't always come up. He told me sometimes the system as to recalibrate, this was the time to tell me I did not have CarPlay!! I drove the car off the lot with no electric seat, but when I got on the highway to go back home, I realized I had NO CarPlay. Those to things I had in my old ******, I was furious. I felt I had been SCAMMED. I felt like I just went through a BAIT AND SWITCH. I call ***************** the next day and told him how upset I was and felt like this was a bait and switch. He told me to come in on 2/14/23 to talk to his manager. On 2/14/23 I had a 10:00 appointment with, *******************************. He took me into a private room and gave me 2 solutions to the problem. 1) If I wanted to get out of the lease now I would have to pay $7000, plus I would not be my downpayment back. 2) bring the car back in a year, I don't remember how much I would have to pay the leasing company and I would not get my downpayment back. I told them this was not acceptable, because I did not get what I asked for and I feel this is a bait and switch. I told him I needed other options, he kept saying over and over I'm giving you 2 options. After 20 minutes of this nonsense, I left furious.I called Nissan North America Cunstomer Affairs on 2/15/23 and explained my issue, they took notes and sent an email to me the following day telling me Nissan North America cannot not become involved with contract disputes with independent dealerships. I then called Nissans leasing company NMAC and was told to they only collect the monthly payments, I would have to go through the Finance person at Nissan of Garden City, called, left a message on a phone with no greeting and never got a phone call back. I also had 2 phone calls from the dealership asking how I like my car, told them I hated it and was scammed. Received another phone on 2/23/23 from ***************************** asking about my issue of not having CarPlay, she checked the lot to see what was not in my car and spoke to the head of service, they couldn't do anything. ***** sent me a picture of a CarPlay I could buy and install myself. I looked up that day on line and found out there are 2 different Nissan Altima's, 1) Altima S (which they sold me) and Altima SV. No one told me this and if my sales person ***************** had looked at what I had in my original leased car, he should have had me lease a Altima SV

The date of transaction is November 22, 2022. The vehicle is a 2022 NISSAN ROGUE SPORT SV AWD Exterior Color Magnetic Black Interior Color Charcoal VIN # *****************. The sticker/invoice price is $31,915.00. The Cash Price for this Vehicle including Doc fee to be financed subtotaled to $40,719.98. I used my vehicle to trade in and had a net trade in allowance of $9,025.96. The nature of this dispute is deceit, fraud, and misrepresentation from this Dealership. I am not disputing Registration, Certificate of Title, ** Waste Tire Mgmt Fee, Vehicle Inspection Fee, Maintenance, and Service Contract charges. The sales contract did not match invoice/sticker price of Vehicle. I immediately made multiple attempts to reach out to Business Manager (*******************) to discuss this discrepancy and was given random excuses and his voice mail. I never received any return communication from the Business Manager, hence problem is still not resolved

On Thursday 8/25 around 5pm I went to return my lease and get a new one. Ive been leasing at this dealer since 2012. And come back every 3 years. I have never had any issues before. Upon arriving a salesperson named ********* told me that he has to run my credit before he can go into details with me. I find this odd because usually they tell me how much the car will cost etc before going into finance. He took my current cars key with him and went to finance. Then he came back with my credit report and told me the 2022 Nissan Rogue will cost me $580 a month for 36 months. I asked him for my key because Im not interested. He left and came back with ***** who introduced himself as a manager ( later I was told by another salesperson that he is not a manager). ***** told me he can do 420 a month. Still high but manageable. Then ********* told me I must pay the 1st payment today in order to leave with the car. I never had to pay 1st month on the spot ever but he told me things have changed since covid. I paid. He came back and said the car is no longer available someone else got the car. I asked for my money back. He said he will reimburse me 220 and keep 200 and will call me in the morning of 8/26 to come get another car or he will drive the car to me and then I could pay the balance. Ok fine! I kept calling since 8/26 today is 8/31. I asked for either ***** or ********* each time I call they are not available. I called multiple times a day. The last time I called I could hear the receptionist in sales telling him you have a call from a ***** she said that before putting me on hold, Im not sure if she was talking to ***** or *********. She came back and said Im sorry but neither is available. I tried to speak with someone in finance they dont know what Im talking about!! I NEED MY MONEY BACK NOW.

7/26/22 I met with *******************, joined by *****************, both sales reps). I was told that the 2022 ****** could be leased for $769, with $3000 down. Was told nothing from my leased, fully loaded, mint condition, ****** miles 2020 acura mdx that I leased in 2019 could go towards leasing the murano because the acura was leased (4 months before lease expired). I told them that I was very tired and sleepy from my chemo treatment. After 4 hrs of badgering, MY CHEMO HEAD reluctantly agreed to a $600 payment and nothing down. Prior to meeting with the finance **** *** helped to transfer my things from the acura to the murano because I was very weak and tired. *** said I could return for the weather mats next week. I then met with ***************** and ***********************, finance manager, who said I had to give $4300 (destination, taxes, etc). They kept double teaming me until I agreed to give $3000 and $600 payment; too exhausted to fight any more. Still with CHEMO HEAD, I returned the next day and gave *** the original mats, manual, and spare key. The next week I returned very angry because they took advantage of me. *** refused to give the mats unless I agreed to give him a favorable eval. I requested my car back, he said it was gone, laughed and walked away. 8/16 met with ***, requested my car, he told me my car was gone. I told him he was lying, my car was in the lot. He then said that it wouldn't be worth buying back. I became really angry because he too told me that the acura had to be returned to acura but instead nissan purchased it and will make at least a $10,000-$15,000 profit; nothing went towards leasing the murano; *** gave me the weather mats. I BOUGHT a murano from them in **** and 2010. They should be ashamed of their deceitful practices and knowingly took advantage an APPARENT senior citizen who's undergoing chemo treatment (bald head, very tired, walked with a cane, difficulty getting up/down) just to ******* me out of money. There's more but this is the jest of it.

On July 30, we verbally agree to a price on a vehicle. When I signed the contract, I also deposited half of my down payment. They refused to give me a copy of the contract to take home that evening. They explained that, I didnt give them the complete deposit. It was a Saturday night and my Insurance place was closed. So they gave me dealer plates. When I finally deposited the other half, they still refused to give me the contract. The following day I got my contract and saw what they were hiding. They had changed the price of the car and added lots of extra stuff that I didnt ask for or knew about. They refused to explain any questions and Lied about telling me. The sale manager got very loud with my wife when we continue to ask questions. When my wife said she was going to tape our conversation. The finance manager and sales manager got up and left the room. The service was horrible and we want to return the vehicle because they hide the contract from us.

Seems to be the same complaint with other customers. They are a bunch of scam, rip off artists that prey on miscommunicating wrong information to customers. I was forced to pay the certified fee ($2495) as well as the $4400 additional warranty fee. The original cost of the vehicle 3 years ago was around $30,000, I will now be paying over $40,000 and I can't get out it.Very bad dealership
