The worst service Ive ever received with a car purchase. 1 day after getting a brand new gv80 the car completely died on me on the highway and when I called to ask and send a tow truck they REFUSED and said its not their problem. I paid out of pocket for a tow truck + taxi to get home, they didnt pick up the car until 3 days after the incident and to top it all off the **** there called and promised a resolution only to push me off till the review link from Genesis USA expired. I was promised a resolution and a call back last week but not a word and cant even get a call back. Do yourself a favor and find ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP because the customer service here ends the second you pay and leave.Left message several times but no response Attached the message from ****** ***** Thank you for sending the pictures. The Manager ****** and salesman **** are hustlers and con men. They are masters of deception and trickery. No credibility nor pride as human beings. Negotiated and settled on a leasing price. Left to get financing to make the down payment and returned the next day to do the paperwork and pick up the car. Got a call from **** the salesman the morning and we reviewed the agreed deal. We both concurred and agreed of the monthly payment agreed on. To my surprise, embarrassment, and disappointed when I showed up at the dealership and we sat down, **** started to do over the numbers all over again and took it to ******. **** came back and the padded the agreed monthly payment by another $100 and they said thats their final offer. Take it or leave it. I was shocked hearing this coming from a luxury dealership. I was speechless. Stay away from this dealership or dont blame yourself for being conned. Lots of hidden additional fees they tried to work into the deal; unless you question it it remain in the price. Take your business elsewhere. Perfect con artists are ready to pound at you at Genesis of North Shore. Disrespectful and lack of principle and customer service. STAY AWAY!!! Dont say you are not warned! All hustlers!
