In 2023, my son (10 at the time) bought with his own money packs of 2023 Topps MLS. He pulled a Topps Certified Auto of ****** ****** on a card numbered to 50. Last night he was showing me the card (I hadn't seen it before). The auto opn the card is not ********. It is ***** *********. There is no doubting it. Today, I chatted online with customer service and was told since the product has passed its one year anniversary they can't do anything. How was a 10 year old supposed to know this. They wouldn't replace it with anything, they wouldn't give him a credit based on the supposed value of the card. The card value is ruined with the incorrect signature and the signature is devalued because the player on the card is wrong. This, along with ridiculous pricing increases compared to when I collected, is what can keep a kid from spending his money to get in to trading cards. Its a shame that for something like this, Topps is willing to ruin the hobby for a kid.Review from Kevin B

Their policy that they can't cancel an order even though it hasn't even shipped yet is ridiculous. They basically have a no-refund policy, which is insane. The customer service agents will simply give a copy/paste response as to why they can't cancel an order. Totally useless. I don't recommend ever buying from them.Review from Derek S

Stay away from this company! Received 40 damaged Topps Now cards with broken plastic cases and cant get a response from customer service. I would recommend everyone stay away from this company.Review from Dominick S

I bought a 2024 Bowman Blaster box at Target and all the cards came damage in the lower left corner right out of the box. The box itself wasnt damaged so it was a packing error on the part of topps. I contacted Topps support and ended up having to fill out a claim for nearly every card and mail the whole blaster back to Topps on my dime. Thats right, they sold me trash and I had to pay to mail it back to them so they could make it right. They did replace each card with an apology but nothing more. I essentially paid an extra $10 this product. Very poor customer support in my opinion.Review from Henry R

I received a topps 2024 chrome box with damaged cards (bent). I chatted with a topps associate for a return and they don't accept returns for bent cards. They said cards is a 8 or higher grader, thus they don't accepts return of cards of 8 or higher grade. I am very disappointed with this company.Review from Jesse L

Deceptive advertising. They dont make it clear that many of the cards they advertise are only available in breakers-only products which are not available to consumers.Review from Pete V

Purchased an expensive product, 2023 Topps x Joys of Baseball *************** collection. each box is guaranteed an autograph and the autograph I pulled was a sticker with the wrong players autograph, instead of being helpful to a customer they told me it falls under and error card and that they don't replace or refund for error cards. The error is on their part and they do nothing about it.Review from Phillip M

Bought a chrome platinum baseball blaster and every single pack had at least one card that was cut way off and when I tried to get them replaced I was told I have to have a packing slip for every one of them and its just a hastel when I already sent them pictures that clearly show how messed up they were. Now I could understand if I didnt have the pictures but cmon I mean why cant they just replace the cards that I just wasted money on. Wont buy anymore topps products.Review from Rachel S.

Topps website didnt update all day long until conveniently the special release cards were sold out. I checked every 15 minutes all day. Even after the email saying there was going to be a card the card didnt show up. I checked across three different devices, with a strong internet connection. This seems like a racket to control who buys the limited release. Scam.
