    On 10/16 and 10/28 of 2024 I was charged by Hiatus through debit card for 2 $10 payments and 2 NSF charges when the payments didn't go through. I have never had a subscription to Hiatus and never approved any funds being taken from my account. I want the $20 they owe me and reimbursement for overdrawing my account of $55. I am filing a report with the state attorney general as well. This seems to be a reoccurring problem with this company and it is clearly fraud.

    Hiatus has been charging me without my consent or knowledge. I downloaded their app back in April and deleted the app shortly thereafter. Never signing up for any subscription. I just realized after 5 almost 6 months that they have been charging me $10 a month. I have zero clue how they did this other than when you sign up for an account you decide to connect accounts through stripe. It appears that they use that confidential information to start billing my account. Im in shock. I cannot be the only person they did this to. I want my money back and to cancel this charge and all future charges. When I logged in again to see if I had subscribed to anything it didnt let me cancel a subscription. This is black and white fraud.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    They did not credit me with a reimbursement and I did not upgrade the account on April 29th, 2024. Why would I need to reach out to *************************************? Why are they unable to reimburse the amount. This company is fraudulent.

    I have been charged, with our consent. After creating an account with **********************. Hidden fees? Hidden subscription? I don't know but I never agreed to any sort of payment being forcibly taken from my bank account that I linked for PLANNING ONLY. I would like a refund as this is not a purchase that I made.

    I first downloaded hiatus a year and a half ago, I cancelled my subscription a month in. After months past i realized i was being charged $10 ever since was charge another $10 as I wrote this. I contacted the support letting them know i cancelled and i wanted to stop being charged and that never stopped so ive given this company well over $100 without wanting to, i attempt to log on the the app to see if I can do something in app and i always get a Something went wrong message not allowing me to even enter or view my account

    Hiatus(*************) has charged USD $10 from my debit card for 4 times in total even though no subscription to Hiatus has been made.The same issue has happened on 8/8/2024, 7/1/2024, 6/1/2024 and 4/1/2024.I have contacted the support team of Hiatus via email on 7/1/2024 to inform them about the situation. On 7/2/2024, Hiatus informed me that they had passed my problem to a Support Team supervisor who would get back to me via email as soon as possible. However, I have not yet received any response or refund from Hiatus.

    Been being charged around the 18th every other month by hiatus, so far I've paid them roughly $100+ as it's been going on for over a year or longer. I canceled my subscription over a year ago.

    I noticed just recently that this company charged my account multiple times!!!. I did not authorize this once so ever! One charge of $10 was posted June 28th and another charge was May 29t another April 30th. Its somehow linked to my account. And now my bank is saying I have to change my entire account to get this resolved. I just want my account to stop getting charged and the money they took got me. I tried to find a customer service link to reach them but no luck at all.
