    Been being charged around the 18th every other month by hiatus, so far I've paid them roughly $100+ as it's been going on for over a year or longer. I canceled my subscription over a year ago.

    I noticed just recently that this company charged my account multiple times!!!. I did not authorize this once so ever! One charge of $10 was posted June 28th and another charge was May 29t another April 30th. Its somehow linked to my account. And now my bank is saying I have to change my entire account to get this resolved. I just want my account to stop getting charged and the money they took got me. I tried to find a customer service link to reach them but no luck at all.

    I downloaded the hiatus app to try it out then immediately deleted the app. I deleted the hiatus account as well. The next day I was charged $48!!!

    I noticed a recurring charge of $10 that had been recurring since 2022. I reached out to the email that I found online because neither myself nor my wife had any record of this account existing, nor did we show that we had this app installed anywhere.

    I have never had an account with **********************. From what I can tell, started charging me after I applied for an account with a credit Union where my account info was shared with them for some unknown reason. I have messaged them and called with no response. I sent them photos showing that I have never downloaded the app nor have I received a single email or contact of any kind from their company yet they have been charging me for months and I didnt even notice.

    I have been charged $7.00 monthly for October 2023, November 2023, December 2023, January 2024, February 2024, and March 2024. I canceled this service in September 2023. I demand a refund or I will send a cease and desist letter to ******* office immediately.

    I was charged for this and I've tried deleting my information too and they aren't answering so I didn't know what to do. I've never been charged for it before and now all of a sudden I was charged. I want my money back and for them to completely delete my info and account.
