Do not use this service! They are a scam. We originally signed up with them in June of 24'. No service was ever provided. We made multiple attempts to do so. Eventually we attempted to cancel. Cancelling has taken multiple unsuccessful attempts as they still are charging our credit care every month, with no ability to contact them other than via email, which goes without a response. They should be shut down as it is hard to believe they can simply steal money with no consequence.Review from Michael M

We had a very poor experience with DearDoc and would recommend avoiding working with this company. We told our advisor that we did not want to renew our annual contract 30 days before the end of our 1 year contract. Some of the services worked, but other services has issues and did not work as promised. When we received a charge for new annual contract, we immediately contacted ***** ******* and reminded him we would like to discontinue service. ***** said that because we were 13 days into the new annual billing cycle, and because they had not received the proper notice that they would take me to collections for the entire 1 year contract if I refuse to pay. ***** ******* reported that *** ***** is the current CEO.Review from kelly r

Just hoping this help someone else in the future. Was initially contacted by deardocs about online aquisition of new patients. During a zoom call on a subsequent date I was informed of the services offered to help us get new patients. I was told this would cost "only" #1,299 monthly. When I mentioned not wanting an AI bot to be my patients first point of contact they told me of other services which "normally" cost even more that they would "throw in". Again I said that I did not think it was a good fit for our office. But wait there's more and additional service they would also include. Then a big discount they would "help me out with". At ********* during the conversation after I answered a question the phone went silent. Having already been on the phone for 40 minutes of my lunch hour, I proceded to eat. After ten minutes the individual retuned saying that his assistant had called him away for another task. Even though our initial conversation started with him apologizing that his assitant was out and that is why I had not received an email with our zoom details. Each time that I stated I was not interested he would put forth a new scenario where he "just knew" there services would help us attract new patients that we were losing to other offices. Finally Iasked several times to be removed from there call list. To which he stated there was no list and that I was being selected to help our practice get new patients. Eventually after asking multiple times to end the conversation I was forced to hang up, even though I asked since he had called us that he should end the call. Quite a big waste of my time. I wonder what happened to the company since all reviews in ******* were positive 5 star reviews and since all the 2024 reviews are all 1 strar complaints such as this.Review from Alex L

My recommendation is to stay away. But do what you want, I'm a psychologist not a cop.100% Not worth it. Sales will do what sales does and promise that it's not a contract, can cancel any time, they work on retention not commission. I knew it was all ********, but felt like it might be a good idea. All the alarms were going off when I saw their contract and it clearly says it's a 12-month contract and there's a clause they make you sign that says you will not dispute any credit card charges (not sure if that's even legal/enforceable) which suggests enough people have filed disputes to warrant that scare tactic. But against my better judgement I ********* next step is to contact my credit card company and see if there's any loopholes or if I'm stuck continuing to pay them for 10 months. As for the actual services- their chat AI is bad and actually detracted from my website's contact form. I did some research on their AI blogs and found that the quality is low compared to what SEO expects and could actually hurt your rankings. Luckily, I never greenlit it to run that risk. They also threw in a bunch of bells and whistles like developing a website and combating negative reviews- but it was all garbage. Look no further than the fact that they can't even combat their own bad reviews here.Review from Larry F

They should be investigated. Their behavior is abhorrent. They performed a bait-and-switch. A sales representative called my office claiming to be with *****. They wanted to survey me and determine if I qualified for a new preferred dentist list. I agreed to speak with them the following day. Then, the director of sales called and began demonstrating DearDoc. I asked them to admit to the deceptive sales tactics, but instead, they gaslighted me, denied any manipulation, and continued with their pitch. I must have interrupted them five times, but they ignored my protests and persisted. It was an absurd situation. They have access to patient data, which is a frightening to know. Never tried them but based on this experience i would never partner.Review from Anatoli Y

I regret signing up with Deerdoc. It's clear that all the positive reviews are fake, as they incentivize doctors to give them five-star ratings in exchange for better monthly pricing. I have been charged for two months without seeing any of the promised results. Reaching a manager is impossible, and my success representative doesn't respond to emails promptly. They keep promising that issues will be fixed "tomorrow," but nothing ever gets resolved, and they continue to charge my credit card month after month. This is a horrible company to deal withdo not trust themReview from Mary K

I had the absolute worst experience on a DECEIVING DearDoc sales call I had the absolute worst experience, in my 30 years in business as a hypnotherapist, on a sales call with DearDoc.com. Representative *****************************, who ultimately reports to *****************, founder of DearDoc.com. ******* kept proudly saying on our call he was transparent, totally missing the point and not answering each inquiring question I genuinely posed. He kept telling me my answers were already woven into the balance of his presentation. Just past the first 45 minutes of our zoom call, I finally realized I wasnt interested in his scamming services. I wish I would have googled their reviews before agreeing to the sales call. I felt repeatedly manipulated by the words used during the call so the call was disconnected. ******* diverted answering my questions and misrepresented the service hes selling. Its an AI enhanced *********** chat link in ****** Maps to engage interactions between my prospective clients and myself. ******* was lacking such compassion and natural conversational instincts that I even asked him and wondered if he was an AI generated robot posing as a human in our conversation. As Ive since learned from many other reviews posted online.. RUN, dont even agree to a call, if you do then say a hard, wise no, end the call, dont get snagged into a YES, dont ever buy their services.Date of experience: June 03, 2024Review from Michael B

I unfortunately had a bad experience that began with the initial telemarketing phone call to my office. **** in the sales team called my office front desk and informed my staff that there was an emergency that required my immediate attention on my Web MD webpage. **** used my first name with my employees to give the impression he was a personal friend of mine. When they informed him that I was attending to patients he replied that he would wait on the phone and that this was of an urgent matter. I did break out of a patient room to speak to him and informed him that I was suspicious of this being a telemarketing call and I was not interested in purchasing anything and was irritated that he used a false pretense to get me on the phone. After reassurance from him that this was not a sales call, I scheduled a follow up with another salesman named ****************** After 45 minutes on my day off and informing ******* of my disinterest in a sales pitch before a zoom video presentation, the sales pitch of $999/month continued. I was so irritated I don't even care what the product they were selling was. This was a clever way of getting my attention but I believe it was dishonest and cannot endorse such poor sales behavior. I hope that whoever coaches the sales team is made aware of the tactics being used. I believe the product may be beneficial but I unfortunately cannot do business with people who seem untrustworthy.Review from Anthony L

This company is the epitome of a scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with DEAR DOC. Lost money and received 0 services... If anything can become from my ****** in dealing with this slimy company my hope is that someone else will see my review and not be deceived to do business with DEAR DOC. Some one should start a class action law suite against this company.Review from Pargev D

I was contacted by phone on the possibility of being listed on ***** and there was no cost involved. They set op a Zoom meeting. As the conversation continued, I came to the understanding that the service being offered was based on AI and would result in more patients. It turned out to be a different company pushing to buy their AI product for $999.00 a month. I said NO, The sales person reduced the price for $525 a month for 1 year if I paid up front for the whole year, I said that it was not a good fit for my office. Then he offered more and more products at no additional cost and reduced the monthly fee. He wanted credit card payment over the phone. I told him that I can mail a check. The sales person said that the credit card was the only option and repeatedly asked for the card number. The guy was so pushy that I got suspicious. After about 2 hours of wasted time and telling that I don't want their service I had no choice but to hang up. After looking up their reviews I realized that a big headache was avoided.
