    Order ****** I ordered and returned perfume because it did not smell like previous bond perfumes. I was told to return for a refund in 14 days. It has now been a month and I have not been issued a refund. They do not answer calls and emails do not answer where is my money. I have emailed so many times but no refund of almost $500!Unacceptable for the prestigious perfume company!

    I placed an order with one of your stores in *****, ******* store because no store had the small bottle of Scent of Peace for the refill event.I received the order in the mail on today, November 20, 2023. The Highline bottle top does not closed properly to the top. The box top appears to have stains. The box itself in the inside is damaged. The top to the highline bottle has a fingerprint or smudge on the inside of the top. Clearly it is a used bottle of perfume. The post card is not included in that bottle like every other 100ml bottle that I have purchased in the past. This bottle of perfume was $420.00 and I want a new bottle where the top actually closes.I sprayed the 50ml Scent of peace and it does not smell like scent of peace, but it cost $295.00. The Greenich Village smells like it should. The Highline smells like it should, but it is a used bottle, not new.I sent pics to the Manager, *********************. I asked for a refund since the merchandise was sent to me not as described. He says that there are no refunds. Keep in mind the online says that you get a refund with 14 days of receiving merchandise. On top of that I paid for a new product, not used at $420 a pop.I always get a receipt, but with this order, I did not receive a receipt from the merchant. I am adding picks of the $420.00 bottle of perfume box to show that it is used. I am also adding a picture of the box top to show the stains that appear to be some type of something soaked. I attached the bottle pic to show that the top has a fingerprint on the inside of it. There is no way that I can show you that the top does not close properly on the $420.00 bottle of perfume. I also cannot let you smell the perfume in the Scent of Peace $295.00 bottle. I hope that I have given you enough. This has turned into a headache. You have LOST a 15 year loyal customer......

    Hello in August of 2023 I purchased two bottles of bond n 9 perfumes ******* flowers and *********** large bottles when I received them neither bottle worked I couldnt get them to spray ran them under warm water still they wouldnt spay made contact with company got nowhere never got samples nothing I couldnt even tell you what they smell like because they dont work

    I placed my order on July 13th,2022. I spent $479 on my purchase. The company was supposed to provide authentic bond no. 9 perfume. Im a long time customer of bond no 9. I usually purchase my perfume from stores like Saks fifth avenue or Bloomingdales. I wouldve never thought Id have any issues purchasing perfume off the actual Bond no. 9 website. The only reason I decided to order from this website is because you received a complimentary gift if you spent $400 or more. If I wouldve never known what these scents smelt like I wouldve thought bond no 9 didnt have a long lasting memorable scent. Non of the three scents in the set I purchased smell like anything when you spray it on you or your clothes. Its so crazy because I could literally spray any bond no 9 scent on me only using a spray or two and you can smell it all day. My son literally wears it to daycare and comes home still smelling like it. There was clearly a quality control issue or the website is fraud. I reached out to the company several times through email , phone calls and text with no response. ORDER NUMBER: ****** TRACK ORDER: ******************
