Wrong orders sent, terrible customer service, and the experience was awful when I paid more money to purchase their products! It's not worth trying out their products because you'll only be horribly disappointed!Review from Prince J

This company has a horrible workplace, and that's the worst of your problems. As employees, you are subject to the rude and toxic attitude of the managers. Your supervisors will often yell at you and insult you, and there's nothing you can do about it. The HR is practically useless since it always sides with the toxic and awful management.Review from Brian M

Quality of the Product is Terrible- Please Don't Believe Their Lies - I ordered a few fragrances and other products from them, and I regret the decision. They lied blatantly about quality, but all the products didn't last long. You can avoid believing their fake words and skip the trouble I had. Also, I think someone should look into the poor quality they are offering and the unethical business practices they are following.Review from Darya F

This is about the company overall and not a personal attack on any particular location. I ordered parfume from the website through ******. Next day received an email stating that my purchase was flagged as fraudulent and they are asking me to send a copy of my ID with numbers removed. I didn't feel comfortable doing so, so I asked to cancel my purchase. I didn't get reply so I called. I explained the lady who answered the situation and asked her why I got flagged. She told me it's because the purchase is being shipped to the Bronx. I think it is extremely racist. I'm floored. Just because it's an expensive parfume does it mean that no one in the Bronx can't afford it? I cancelled my purchase and will not order from this company again.
