    This agency reports to insurance agencies to determine insurance rats charged to the consumer under the Fact act. This company reports fraudulent nonfactual misinformation so insurance companies can unfairly charge the consumer higher rates on insurance,They have reported that I have had two comprehensive claims on my insurance over $1000. My rates were increased due to this.The actual claims were for windshield damage, which i pay a premium for, were comprehensive claims, one on July 11, 2023 and for which my insurance company paid out a total of $75 dollar for a chip repair and one a year earlier for a windshield replacement on another car that te insurance company paid out $250. Nether claim or even the two combined was over $1000. This company is a scam and is in violation of the fair credit reporting act.They need to be exposed for the scam they are running on insurance consumers.I have tried to contact the company but they don't allow for a hone contact,but I have sent two emails with no *********** insurance company, ***********, Notified me of the fraudulent date that was reported to them from this company. The report number from them was *********. They refuse to respond if I don't give them my SS number. I do not authorize them the use of my Social Security number in any way. They do not have a right to that information nor do they have the right to report false damaging fraudulent information about any on my records.

    LexisNexis again failed in addressing the issue and just supplies generic statements. This company is a failure to all customers and provide false statements to Banks, which then freezes an application. I believe this is a criminal act and liable in providing false information. This company should be banned from supplying credit information to anyone. My complain should be posted so others can read that they are not alone in getting false information from LexisNexis.

    LexisNexis Risk Solutions is causing insurmountable harm by providing FALSE and/or inaccurate data as can be seen by the countless complaints filed by individuals such as myself. It appears as though LexisNexis is neglecting to fact check the data they are providing to companies. And by failing to fact check they are causing individuals such as myself, an 80 year old man. to suffer the financial repercussions not to mention the awful stress! Like countless others have reported, I now have sky high auto insurance premiums because of the FALSE and/or Inaccurate report that is being shared by LexisNexis Risk Solutions. LexisNexis is providing an At Fault Accident claim report for a no fault claim. My vehicle was damaged by a AAA emergency roadside services tow truck. A simple fact check would have revealed documents from AAA ERS damage report and the ************* claim report both showing the claim ************ rating as being Insured Not at fault, No Fault Accident, non-fault claim. I would not be in this mess if they were fact checking the data theyre sharing in a responsible professional manner. *********** prove that there has never been an at fault accident in my name or anyone covered under my auto insurance. So not only did we have to endure the painstaking process of getting our vehicle repaired after being severely damaged by a AAA ERS tow truck, now Im having to deal with false reports of a At Fault Accidentclaim that is being reported by LexisNexis which has increased our Auto Ins by hundreds each month and will continue to until it is corrected. To correct the error LexisNexis requires you to request a report which takes 2 weeks and only after you receive the report in the mail can you file a dispute! Even when youve already been informed of the claim in question LexisNexis will not allow you to file a dispute until after you receive the report from them. I cant help but feel as though this is a scam to increase insurance premiums

    My homeowners insurance was dropped because of a report from ***** Nexus.Legally I'm entitled to her a report from ***** Nexus which I applied for the report. I was sent a Link in the mail to view my report online. Well guess what lo and behold the link did not work. So I called up they said use a computer and try so I did that and of course it did not work. So I asked for a copy of my report sent to me in the mail. 9 months later still no report and when you call them no one can help they're all out of the country barely know English and barely know what to do

    I went online and ordered a birth certificate. It took 2 of the 4 steps out and they said they needed further documentation. They sent a document attachment andsaid that I had to have it notarized and I decided to cancel it. Then I found out that they charged $41.99 plus the transaction fee. They did not charge me the $41.99 because I did not complete all of the documentation. So there is nothing refunded to me because I did not process it. I looked at my bank statement and it shows $79.95 charged from them. I would like to get the $79.95 refunded to me.

    I am disappointed about the the investigation completed on 12/4/24. My case number is ********. One of the three claims on my CLUE report was removed. This history has been preventing me from changing my homeowners policy from ******** to other providers due to the information posted by ********. As an insurer, ******** failed to protect me from an unsafe situation and refused to use subrogation to fix my damage because they deemed it a ongoing issue. I got the building's insurance company (Coaction) to settle so that means that this negative information (claim history) is no longer applicable and should not impact my ability to seek other insurers. Moreover, I filled a complaint against them with *********************************************** which went nowhere. They added this to my CLUE report as retribution for the complaint with ***********************************************. They do not support people who have their insurance and do everything not to help or pay claims. I had to do all the leg work to get this rectified so their insurance policy offered no value. Quite honestly, I would like them to remove the information, so that I can move my business elsewhere. They did not pay out on any of the claims, so I do not understand what the problem is. Their local agent is an absolute waste of time as well. They are very unprofessional and nasty. I feel like they speak to me like I am stupid or a child.

    I recently found out they have down Im at fault for numerous accidents I wasnt at fault for. One of the accidents, I reached out to them a few years ago for this same issue. They were supposed to change it but never did. My car insurance costs an arm and a leg now and this is ridiculous
