    I placed order #******************** to ship to foot locker in fayetville ga banks rd The order has been delivered to the store, and the store will not scan in my package for pickup. I've been trying to contact the store for 2 days now for pickup. They will not answer the phone. The outsourced customer service line is useless and cannot even assist me with canceling the order. They only try attempting to call the same number that I've already been calling the last two days. I need my money and rewards returned, or my package needs to be available to me to pick up. I will be disputing the charge if this is not resolved promptly.

    Been accused for threatening + harassing employees of kids *********************************************** on July 14th 2024 for not known of me having disability * being European / former athlete to Special Olympics plus needed to see of when it would be fine to call to the stores then eager customer plus applicant so felt when asked questions to their stores for both locations hiring managers for both stores of Abby * other person for both stores assumed me working for their HQ of footlocker so their complaints department took my complaint said me threatened, * harassed the employees for both stores for me felt of then should've not accused me for no excuses to reacted then to felt like why me wasn't meaning to get public safety inside the *********************************** from their director female public safety said all of them / employees of the stores for knowing on July 14th 2024 got me no trespass for not coming anytime so proven they all could've known of me wasn't really threaten them all * never wasn't harassing * threaten them all of *********** of *********************** plus today's call from their mall female GM said my thing stands in fact to not allow me to come back, or they all will arrest me never arrested me but public safety of the mall called the Fort ***** Florida police for no excuse's to accused me for wronged me for the mis understanding confusion of me not meant needed public safety on July 14th ********************************************************************************************************* for knowing if my applications for hiring whoever but to allowed me to only look at products or avoid public safety plus said to their mall female GM we all don't care of the Governor or anyone seeing for you coming back for not me meant needed to speak with public safety on July 14th ************************************************************************************* with Fort ***** Florida police very rude people at the stores / mall too . Seek a call / an apology?

     So going with both Florida agents filed my compliant with Jacksonville *********** agents of their intake form asked if me reached out or conducted of questionnaire on August 24th 2024  of me been accused for harassing + threatening employees of *************** ******* of ****** mall of two sports stores of me wanted to not only be their consumer but to be able to conduct me in person or phone interviews for when both stores of Champs sports + kids footlocker for when hiring managers + female hiring manager who just had surgery who use to work at Champs sports then transferred to working at kids foot locker her name is **** not very friendly hiring manager who use to work at champs sports  said on July 14th ************************************************************************************************************ working for their HQ of ******** so then why would be never needed to communicated with in person of *********** *********************** of location ******************************************************************************************************************************** being disabled plus being European so public safety gotten involved plus suggest for police to issue me on July 14th 2024 Florida time zone to issue me no tress pass for  not being allowed to go to the stores or not go to the mall location property or me will be arrested said by them all so no one never needed to react unfairly to me when they all had bad days so why would anyone of consumers or applicants not treat whoever with handicaps fairly per yearly . So August 28th ***************************************************************** wouldn't ever been hired by both stores of champs sports or kids footlocker for me could've avoided public safety so ya HQ of footlocker / HR contacted me said of what happened me they addressed my concerns but hasn't been resolved still as of yet sadly of how Footlocker HQ of their employees of stores of ******* areas said of me working for their HQ wrong of them assumed that to demand a threat to me to reacted to me to issue me a no tress pass given to me from me could've avoided Public safety for them or police never needed to issue me no tress pass of location of *********** 4125 so now **** opportunity agent may feel of me been discriminated plus never hired by footlocker for them said me working for their HQ wrong of them all did bad to me they all need to be held accountable to owe me an apology for been not favored to not hired me . Feel like crying for being disabled plus being European . Feel like they all may not like people with special needs of USA country. People need value in their own hearts footlocker employees don't seem to love anyone with handicaps per year they all are hateful people of being bias too whoever they per hiring or liking from all nations  . BBB they are cruel company employees of the stores need to be terminated plus mall security to owe me an apology for the confusion for not known me being disabled plus for being a consumer plus being an Appliant plus of them could informed me of when to called them all for when seeking to hire whoever for winter months of 2024 . Felt discriminated plus threatened by them all plus of Footlocker HQ / HR team not understanding of me never worked for them all of HQ so why their employees of stores said me working for their HQ of Florida stores of 4125 of ****** mall locations for both stores . Would like mediation dispute with them all to owe me an apology plus phone call plus for public safety to comply to remove my no tress pass ? Call me at **************?

    I returned the pair of sneakers to Footlocker at the location of ************************************ for an exchange because the one that was sent to me was damaged. The order was processed by ***** . N The exchange with sent to the store, the manager signed for it, but when I went to claim the sneakers on three different occasions, it was not there. In other words they stole my money all the sneaker which ever one you wanted to choose. I contacted customer service on three different occasions, and got the runaround with customer service and which I had to go to the store on three different occasions to straighten out the situation. Finally, the store reimbursed me my money for the sneakers, but they did not reimburse me for my **** and back. I am requesting to reimburse for the $240. I spent in **** going back-and-forth to the store to straighten out this mess. Also someone needs to be held accountable and fired for this nonsense. This is not how you treat a customer and try to rob him of his money or the item he purchased simply because he is disabled, someone needs to pay.

     The Footlocker manager at the store where I bought the sneakers and the issue occurred only offered me $150 gift card for my inconvenience. They did not resolve the issue and they did not reimbursed me for the $240. I spent on ***** going back-and-forth to the store to resolve my issue. In other words they didnt resolve nothing.

    I went to puchase a pair of **** ************ from a Footlocker store on Mercury Boulavard in *******, **. The store did not have my size and when we went to order the shoes online the price was $124.99 vice $99 in the store. I do not understand how this can happen in this day and age of technology. I kinda feel like this is a situation of bate and switch. I have purchased hundreds of shoes from Footlocker and this is the first time a situation like this has happened to me in forty (40) years.

    Hello on the dates April 19, April 20, April 22, April 26, April 28, April 29, May 1st I placed multiple order for the **** ******************* Black Mens Sizing totaling 533 pairs for $124.99-$129.99 per shoe depending on the website. Note: Some orders were placed through Champs Sports (item price was $129.99) while the remaining orders were placed through Foot Locker (item price was $124.99)As of May 12th I have reviewed all the orders that were placed and after checking 533 pairs of the **** ******************* Black Mens Sizing were ordered between the dates listed above. Below I have listed out the quantities that of the sizes I ORDERED.Size 9 (31 pairs)Size 9.5 (108 pairs)Size 10 (129 pairs)Size **** (67 pairs)Size **** (81 pairs)Size 13 (117 pairs) After counting my inventory after "supposedly" all packages were delivered I receive only 493 pairs of **** ******************* Black Mens Sizing. Leaving me at 40 pair deficit from what I ordered. Listed below are the quantities I RECEIVED. Size 9 (31 pairs)Size 9.5 (108 pairs)Size 10 (128 pairs)Size **** (45 pairs)Size 11 (1 pair)Size **** (77 pairs)Size 13 (103 pairs) As mentioned i paid $124.99 or $129.99 depending on the site i ordered from. The majority placed through Footlocker.com for $124.99. So let's say at a price of $124.99 paid per item x 40 pairs, I am out $5,000 of shoes that were not shipped on behalf of the companies stores. The item quantities delivered by the company were incorrect. For example, I placed an order for 10 pairs and received 7. Across multiple orders (quantities varying depending on the order) I received 40 less pairs than ordered as previously stated. I am asking for a refund of $5000 which is generous considering some order were placed at a higher price of $129.99. I have all order confirmations of my purchases and can provide them with receipts upon contact by the business.

    I purchased a men's **** running outfit top/pants and a **** sweatshirt back in March of 2023 order # ********************. I returned all 3 items with the return label provided by ****. I called customer service on 4/19/2023 to inquire about my refund. I was told by the representative my refund was processing and I would receive an email.     Order number ***********, I ordered and paid for a sneakers from footlocker that I did not receive , I received a message saying that the pkg was delivered , I contacted footlocker to advise that I have not received the package and I looked everywhere , I work from home so I am home all day. The delivery carrier never rang my bell downstairs or upstairs ..I never received my package and at this point I just want a refund because I had to go out and spend additional money for sneakers since I never received my package . I contacted footlocker to advise that I didnt receive my package . I ordered from kids footlocker as well as footlocker. I got my package from kids footlocker but not from footlocker. I have sent numerous messages through text through the footlocker chat and didnt get any responses . I have not received my package and as I have advised footlocker I want a full refund because I have not received my package for I paid for. I spoke to a supervisor at footlocker , **** ****** who advised that the claim was denied and could not help me but could not produce proof of delivery , which they cant because the package was never delivered. I want this issue resolved and a refund ASAP. I also have a message from *** ** saying they are sorry that I did not receive my package and they will make sure I dont have any issues In the future.at this point I am very disappointed in footlocker and I dont have money to just give footlocker for merchandise I never received, I just want a refund ASAP

    I am being held accountable for a purchase from foot locker total about $233.50 I have reacher out to Foot Lock about this matter on August 1, 2021, I was told the issue will be investigated.And removed The purchase was made threw Klarna, I called Klarna I received nasty rude customer service.Klarna sent my information a collection agent name ********************* LLC ************** ************ refuse to remove negative information. Its unbelievable the unprofessional customer service I received from ********************** Klarma And the Collection agent about this matter.

    I purchased two pairs of womens sneakers from Foot Locker, on August 7, 2022. The sneakers in question are the pair of Fila Sandenal Orbit size 10. These sneakers were defective as the back strap was torn. I contacted the companys customer service number, informed the representative about the defect. I explained that I wanted to exchange them because I wanted the sneakers, I no longer had the gift card used to pay for them. I was sent, via electronic mail a return label on August 12, 2022. I sent back the sneakers via *** (tracking number ******************) and on August 22, 2022, checked the tracking number and seen that the company received the product. I called Foot Locker customer service number on August 23, 2022, around 9:41 pm EST, to informed them that the product was returned and to verify that I would be getting them exchanged, as that is what I wanted, and I no longer had the gift card used to purchase them. It was verified that an exchange would be shipped out once the product was inspected. I called the company again on August 26th several times, because I received an email stating they refunded $38 of the $44 paid for the sneakers, they deducted $6.99 with no rationale. I reiterated that I was supposed to get an exchange and not a refund because I no longer had the gift card. The company is refusing to exchange the defective sneakers. I feel scammed by Foot Locker because they are now refusing to ship out the sneakers and abide by the original agreement. All conversations were recorded and my statements can be verified.
