    Teladoc deactivated my self-pay account. I contacted them on Jan 10 when I couldn't access my account. I called and was told by a customer service *** that they deleted my account. A ticket went in to resolve. I never got a phone call back. I then called again. Same thing & still no call back. I then called in with a third ticket. Was told I'd hear back & still never did. This has delayed my mental health care. It seems criminal or in the least a big patient violation to delete an account without the patient's consent. I will be looking into other legal avenues. Do NOT go to Teladoc for patient care. There are better telehealth sites.

    The counselor was on ******** at one point and talked to me a little too much about her life and found out her friend's mom died while we were in session and then told me about it and how she was shocked and upset and then I felt more like the therapist. I certainly felt way more professional. Her camera was cutting off her chin and the camera was downward facing up, it looked like Facetiming a friend. She said "we'll manifest these things for you", which I don't believe in manifesting nor am I looking for a homegirl to manifest with. I assumed it wouldn't be great, but I did NOT expect it to be this cringy.

    My first and only time using Teladoc will be my last! I paid for a video physician visit and after having to contact Teladoc customer service twice for a total of 50 minutes, was finally told the system was updating. Two hours after my scheduled and paid for appointment, I finally saw a lady for a total of about four minutes she ask six questions and prescribed me ******* and signed off the chat. After taking the first dose of the ******* I started breaking out under my arms. I contacted the Teladoc chat and someone, not the provider, told me to go to the er. Next day I messaged again on the chat and another person, different than the previous times, told me I could not receive follow up instructions from the provider other than an er visit, but for MORE MONEY they could schedule me another visit. All I wanted was some follow up instructions. Seems to me its a scam system set in place for fools such as myself to throw good money away after bad. My recommendation is no one should EVER use Teladoc. Its a money machine with zero true human interest of concern.

    This is a scam. I was sick with cold going into chest so I use Teladoc who takes a 56 dollar co pay , bills my insurance and tells me to go to an urgent care . I had to go pay another co pay for antibiotics. I was so mad I call and say you charged me to have your doctor tell me to go see another doctor. Their answer was no refunds. Dont use this save yourself and insurance the money and use a different virtual health or just go to urgent care.

    I called Teladoc to speak to a doctor for a medical issue. *** used this company previously and was treated. I received a call from a doctor which proceeded to tell me he could not treat me because the company has a policy of not treating anyone over the age of 60. However the company charged me $89.00. I called the company and after going up the chain was told their disclaimer states they do not guarantee treatment. It does not state they wont treat you if youre over 60. They would not refund my money. This is clearly fraud in my opinion. They should be prosecuted and their license taken away.

    Took $55 dollars for a 2 minute convo to be told they couldnt treat me for a sinus infection even though that was on the list of conditions I could use telehealth for. Would not issue a refund.

    Condescending and seem to have a lot of technology problems. A waste of time theyll just tell you to go to your in person doctor anyways.

    Terrible! Tried to get seen via the app, tried multiple times and each time it would be dropped and I get a notification that the doctor couldnt reach me. ***? The app says they would txt me before the appointment would start or email. I did not get call email or txt for anything. Just an email saying doctor couldnt reach you. Um you didnt even try to call me? What?!!!Horrible!

    I did Teladoc for an ear ache, after speaking with the lady who called she told me to take otc decongestants and antihistamines. I asked about ear plugs as I am starting a new job tomorrow that requires them, she asked me to push on my ear to see if the pain increased, it did not, she then told me it was likely a middle ear infection and it would be fine to wear ear plugs (found out it in fact is not ok to wear ear plugs with a ear infection) and if its not better in a few days to go in and have my ear looked at. Waste of money and now a trip to urgent care on a Sunday. Whats the point they get money to tell you what it likely is but you still end up at a clinic for treatment.

    I wish I could rate lower than 1 star. After waiting 45 min for our appointment to begin, the site dropped us. We called in to try to be placed back into our spot in the queue and encountered an extremely rude and condescending individual. She finally restarted our appointment. We waited hours....the provider never showed up. Got up next morning and went to urgent care and took care of issue in less time, and11 with a qualified provider.
