    We had internet through this company and have had several issues with poor connection and service. We reached out to them to cancel and were told we have no account with them (yet the are automatically taking out $125 from our bank account monthly) I have tried to call back several times a day over the past couple weeks and cannot reach anyone. Just continually leaving my name a number on an answering machine.

    Hello, After looking into this account it looks like ******* ******** was sold the ACC wireless internet unit on 5/23/2024. This account was cancelled by ***** via a phone call at 11:58am on 1/03/2025 that looks like the last correspondence we show with **** or ***** with no inbound or outbound calls to or from either of the phone numbers we have on file for **** & ***** after that date.

    I used rsi to get internet and there internet didn’t work at my house so I canceled it and returned it. I am still getting charged monthly 9.99 for a service I don’t use. I contacted them previously and this has still not been resolved. This has been for approximately 6 months now and it needs to be resolved.

    Hello, yes looks like we set ****** up in July with a ViaSat internet system... She has our whole home warranty that covers all boice video and data products in the home.... We never received a call from ****** to cancel it so it continued to bill.

    I have taken the liberty per this claim to cancel out the warranty for ******.

    Starting on May 7th we were charged $60 from this service and then after May we’re continuing to be charged $9.99/ monthly for a service I’ve never even heard of or signed up for. We installed ****** net and that is when these charges began. We have since then canceled ****** net because it is horrible service but are still receiving these charges. I’m so confused how these two could even be related? We have asked ****** net and they said they are not affiliated with RSI. I called and left a message today 9/1/2024 and hoping for a call back to get this issue resolved and a refund for all the money they are charging us for something we have never signed up for. It seems this company has quite the record of scamming people.

    Hi Folks, Looks like we spoke with the customer the same day the BBB  was filed (09/03/2024)... The $60 was the agreed upon setup/activation fee for signing up. The $9.99 was the warranty that was set up on the account when it was installed... The customer did indicate that they cancelled the ****** service as it didn't work to their satisfaction. I cancelled out the warranty per her request. Should she have any other questions she can contact my direct phone number ###-###-####

    Hello, So sorry for any confusions, We set **** up with internet services in June of this year, the $9.99 is the monthly warranty charge on the voice, video and data service in her home. The installer goes over this with the customer at the time of the installation (6/20/2023)...     Hello *****,

    Sorry for any confusion there may have been, we do see we set you up for internet and the whole home voice, video and data warranty...

    The Home warranty is separate from the internet as we cover every carrier and includes computer and cell phone maintenance, trouble shooting. 

    Because this is a separate warranty that covers multiple carriers, you would of had to call us directly to cancel the warranty service.. I did also go back a full year in our system and don't show any inbound calls from the phone number we have on file to our company to cancel the service.

    I have cancelled this out for you so you won't see any further charges.

    I have been trying to cancel my service with this company for the last week. I have made 3 phone calls and also sent an email and I get no answer on the calls, no return email, and no one has returned my call. I was charged today 4/17/23 for the next month. I have not used the their internet for over a week

    Hello, sadly we have no attempts or messages from **** regarding cancellation our system records all phone calls (he did not call the billing department) ****, sent an email message to our team yesterday evening to which Mike S****** responded today in the morning (less than 24hrs), He Spoke to **** and cancelled his service without issue.

    I'm being charged 14.99 per month from RSI Satellite (Dec 2022/Jan 2023) for a service I did not request. You call the number on the credit card statement (###-###-####) and you get a recording and have to leave you message - no return phone call. I'm having to file a dispute with my credit card.

    RSI Satellite Services from Rochester, NY, on January 12, 2023 tried billing my card for $100. Thankfully I had most of my money in my savings account at that time & it was declined. Also, on January 10, 2023 they charged me $1.00 & cancelled it. Now, today (January 27, 2023), I was charged $9.99. I NEVER gave this company permission to charge my card for anything. I didn't sign up for any type of warranty. This is highway robbery & a scam if I've ever seen one. Ever since I went with this internet company they're associated with, I've head nothing but headache after headache. Would never recommend this or the internet company to any. This is an absolute last resort company (the satellite). I have NEVER in my life been so frustrated. I was lied to, conned, and they have false advertisement. The sales representative was just trying to make money off me & he didn't care how he did it. Then, somehow this company gets involved & here I am in a bigger mess. Extremely frustrated. How can you bill someone's card without permission? That has to be illegal!!

    It looks like we installed ******* ***** on 1/10/2023 with ViaSat services you were charged a one time activation fee of $60. The $9.99 is the voice, video and data warranty for the services in your home which we can cancel per a phone call or email request at anytime.

    I searched the number on file and do not see any inbound calls to our company to cancel or inquire about these charges?


    I'm looking into the $100 I'm not seeing that on our end but have sent this to accounting... I don't show where you should have been billed $100
