I have been charged 11.99 a month for 2 years since I canceled service and have tried calling but cannot get through to anyone and my credit card disputes the charges and they stopped for a while then started again so I am disputing them again and asked to have them blockedBusiness response

Hello, I do see that we set you up with services and I also do see where there is a warranty set up that covers all voice video and data in the home this is in no way tied to any one product but a stand alone warranty that needs to be cancelled with us directly our company.... I searched back a year on the phone number provided and on your account in our system and see no inbound calls to us.I have gone ahead and cancelled the warranty on our end and apologies for any confusion you may have encounteredInitial Complaint

Somehow this Scam Company got a hold of my credit card number and charges me $9.99 a month for satellite and data insurance. I never signed up for this. I don't own a satellite, cell phone or anything that I would want this ridiculous insurance for. It is a wonder to me that this company exists without going to court for stealing money. Probably because they steal only 10 dollars a month and no one gets to excited over that. I have a feeling they are making a pretty penny but God will judge them one day and it won't go easy for them then. I tried calling the number, got a answering service, no return call, surprise. Had to block them through my bank. They should be in Jail. They run a theft ring and I believe the data companies are in on it, and somehow that protects them. I would like my money back, and I would like them to get there filthy hands off the rest of the people they are scamming with satellite insurance. You got to be kidding me. How do these people sleep at night. God have mercy on your souls.Business response

Sorry for your confusion the charge is a voice, video and data warranty that was set up when we installed you with the ****** internet services on 6/18/2022 the warranty covers all TV, internet and computer related issues, it is cancellable at anytime.

This company has been charging my credit care 8.99 twice a month for the last few months. I have disputed this with my bank/credit card company but have not received a return call from RSI (or Raw Saw as their credentials appear) customer service. I want them to stop charging me as I have NEVER agreed to any service with them and quite frankly have no idea who they are or what they do. How did they get my credit card information?Business response

I have noticed charges of $9.99 being withdrawn from my bank account monthly. I researched the company and there seems to be many complaints of the same. I understand that it's a warranty for a satellite company, but I just want the warranty cancelled. I was not told by my internet provider that this would happen, especially since the internet provider is also billing for $9.99 for the same reason.Business response

Hello, this is a full scale voice, video and data warranty that covers everything in the home including computers (viruses etc) we always suggest keeping one warranty which we of course thing ours is better as it covers not just the internet but TV, Phones and Computers.This is 100% cancellable anytime... I have gone ahead and cancelled this account..Please note I did do a number search on the phone number we have on file and did not see any inbound calls to our team.....We do apologize for any confusions.Customer response

i have been billed $8.99 a month for several years by a company called RSI sattelites idk whst this company is and i have nothing satellite oriented in my name id like them to reimburse every month i have been charged seeing as how i am not the first person this happened to. Looks like this account was set up in ****** ******* name... It looks like the customer signed up with satellite services with us in Rochester, NY the warranty is a full scale voice video and data warranty we can cancel the warranty anytime I have gone ahead and cancelled the account as it is a month to month service I have checked the number on file and don't see any calls into our systemInitial Complaint

I ordered ****** *** through this companyRSI Satellite Service back in November of 2021. Starting in December of 2021 through April of 2022 9.99 has been taken out of our checking account. I was talking to ****** *** just the other day about a question I had. I asked them why 2 times during the month 2 separate charges were taken out. They said on there end it didn't show a 9.99 charge. So I checked into RSI Satellie and it could possibly be some kind of warranty. I was not told anything about a warranty or had any use for a warranty. I would like this company to reimburse me the 9.99 from Dec 2021 to April 2022.Business response

Hello, It looks like we installed the customer with ****** services on 11/29/2021 at the time of installation the installer goes over the warranty program... This program can be cancelled at anytime. I have cancelled the warranty per the customers request.Initial Complaint

RSI satellite showed up on my credit card statement over a year ago, the card company blocked them and replaced my card. In October of this year they started to bill me again for 9.99 month. I have called and RSI many time with either no answer or to for someone to answer and act clueless. In January I was issued another replacement card being told there is no way RSI could charge again yet the charge continues. This is a fraudulent company stealing money for services never provided and somehow can update replaced credit card numbers to continue charges people even after being blocked for over a yearBusiness response

Hello, this charge is a warranty for voice, video and data products that were sold to the consumer at the time we represent well over 100 internet, cable, fiber companies and warranty the prodcuts we sell and don't sell including computers .... I'm trying to look this particular customer up based on the name but its not coming up Perhaps it went in a significant others name we can cancel this account immediatly I just need either the phone number or the consumers name.I can be reached M-F (8-6pm est) ###-###-####
