    2 years ago there was a wind storm and a branch hit my siding and cracked it. someone came out 2 months after to assess and stated that they would fix it. still not fixed. now having issues with water leaking when it rains into my basement. this company never looks at emails or returns phone calls. paying full price of hoa fee in winter when they dont even plow. lawn service is horrible. have to call and email 100 times in order for them to clean gutters that they are supposed to do in the spring and fall. leaf removal is horrible they dont clean up the leaves like they are supposed to they dont even remove leaves from my home and im stuck just doing it myself.

    I have left a message for the Homeowner to call me so we can address their issues and make any repairs that are the responsibility of the HOA.

    Hoa is horrible they don’t clean gutters, don’t power wash siding, don’t plow individual driveways in winter but collect full amount of money, when siding or roof needs fixed don’t fix. Call millions of times and no one ever comes.

    Please be advised that this is a false complaint against our group.  We work at the direction of the Board of Managers who decides what work get done not our company.  We in many cases would if we could respond and make the repairs however some of the association we manage are not properly funded due to low assessments which the homeowners do not want them to raise.   We can only do what we are directed to do and homeowners need to reach out to the Board.

    I live in a HOA Development called ********** in Henrietta, NY. The Property Management Company is Realty Performance Group and my contact is Dave H********* All homes in the community have underground sprinkler systems which require an annual backflow test per NYS and MCWA. MCWA (Monroe County Water Authority) mails out a reminder that this needs to be done. When I received my notification on April 1, 2021 I contacted Realty Performance Group to ask if HOA was paying for this - I was told no. The company doing the installations here is ********* ********** so I called them to do the backflow test. They did the backflow test on April 27, 2021 and I wrote them a check for $81 made out to the owner, Bobby G***. After I had completed this test all residents received a letter from ***** ***** (she has left Realty Performance Group and Dave took her place) informing her she would be coordinating backflow tests as this is a HOA responsibility. I contacted ***** as I had paid for this test per their office's information and I should be reimbursed. I forwarded her a copy of check and was told it would be taken care of. Well, I was never reimbursed, when Dave took over I forwarded him a copy of check for reimbursement and was told he would submit for reimbursement. My last email(3-29-22) from Dave is as follows "Sorry for the delay but I'm still playing catch up with the monies, Hopefully I can get it sent to you first week of April " As we are approaching a year for me to be reimbursed and I have requested an update with no response from Dave. My request is for the BBB to assist me in getting my $81. Thank you

    BBB spoke to the business and was informed that they are the property maintenance company.  The board sets the policy on this, not his company.

    Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I feel that the Property Management Company is able to work with HOA to resolve plus I had zero communication from Property Management Company just to get some type of response so they could have done a much better job with communicating with me.  I did receive my reimbursement, it only took 13 months Regards, ****** *******

    Our Homeowner’s Association is transitioning to another management firm. Our current management firm has requested bank statements confirming our bank account has been closed so that we can close out the transition. I have contacted RPG the last few weeks and no communication or progress on verification of bank account being closed.
